Hedebo Farm is located in Swedish Lapland, in Ammarnäs, a small mountain village at the beginning or end of the road, depending on how you look upon it.

Helena is 55 year old women, born in Stockholm but moved to Ammarnäs in 1990. Educated cook, a riding leader for icelandic horses and has been riding for almost 25 years. She has a great interest in herbs and what you can eat from nature. She grows a lot of vegetables and is planning to start with chickens.
