For your comfort during your stay, Argentina Polo Day has arranged different types of accommodations, which reflect the authentic culture of the Argentinian countryside.

The Historic Cottage

This three-bedroom and two-bathroom home was built in the late 1800s by the owner of the estancia. Its neo-colonial roots are reflected in the architecture and its furniture. The interiors are accessorized with warm colors and countryside appeal. The shared spaces include a living room with a large fireplace and leather sofas adorned with traditional blankets. The dining area gives you a comfortable space to chat by the large wooden table or by the vintage bar. One of the two bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom, and the last bedroom has three single beds.

The Traditional Cottage

This nice cottage looks like a traditional country home with just a subtle touch of modernity. Your second choice is a four-bedroom house with a fully equipped kitchen and shared bathroom. The brick white painted walls and high ceilings brighten up the entire interior and create a pleasing contrast with the vibrant textiles throughout the space. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other three bedrooms carry two single beds each.

The "Big House"

This beautifully refurbished building is ideal for large groups. Two of its bedrooms include four single beds each and at the end of a corridor, there is another room with two bunk beds. Each bedroom has a shared bathroom. The place has a very spacious living room, whose windows look onto the polo arena. You will be a short walk away from the other two cottages, but with distance comes more privacy for the groups. And it's only a few steps away from the polo arena and the horse's boxes!

Day 1

You will be welcomed with a typical campo breakfast with a mate and regional pastries. While you enjoy that unforgettable smell of fresh grass in the morning, they will teach you all about the tradition of the mate, how to prepare it, and taste it.

They have more than 150 horses to cater to any level of experience. You will choose yours. Then, the bilingual instructor will guide you closely along the path. The organizer will adapt their pace to yours, and the guide will teach you everything about riding:

  • How to approach the horse and interact with him
  • How to get in balance with the correct posture and progress from walking, trotting, galloping, and full galloping.

After the ride, you will enjoy a typical barbecue! Their delicious steak is accompanied by chimichurri and salsa criolla, grilled vegetables, and assorted salads. Premium wine will be served during the meal, and dessert to finish this wonderful gastronomical experience.

During the afternoon, you can relax by the pool!

Dinner will be served at 8 p.m., and a good sleep in your comfy beds will help you to recover and enjoy the next day!

Day 2

Breakfast will be ready by 9 a.m. and your horses too! So, as soon as you finish your breakfast you hop on the horse and ride for the rest of the morning!

At 11:30 a.m. you continue the day with an informative talk about ponies while you taste some delicious empanadas and excellent Argentine wine.

You will visit the pony line to observe the horses and your guide will explain to you how polo horses are selected for the sport, their blood lineages, and how they are trained.

Lunchtime is part of this incredible Argentina experience and consists of a complete barbeque that includes "Asado", a grilled selection of meat and beef, accompanied by premium Argentine wines. You will have the unique opportunity to try the delicious regional food (they also have a vegetarian option).

After spending some time walking through the beautiful countryside, you will take part in a beautiful horse-riding experience in the estancia. Argentina Polo Day offers equipment and instruction for all levels.
