You will spend six nights in Podere Binacco apartments. The property consists of four spacious apartments, each equipped with modern comforts: one is reserved for the owner, and the other three - Lavanda, Margherita, and Papavero - are available for guests.
This delightful, spacious 80-square-meter apartment has been beautifully converted from the original stable of Podere Binacco. It features an outdoor veranda equipped with a table and sun loungers, perfect for moments of peace and relaxation. You will also have access to a range of amenities, including a washing machine, fridge, freezer, and microwave, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

Itinerary
Day 1: First ride of the journey
You will meet at the center in the afternoon after lunch. You will be assigned your horses. Then, you will embark on a two-hour walk, which includes a loop ride. Upon returning to the center, you will be escorted to the apartments at the farmhouse, Podere Binacco. Dinner will be served at the headquarters.
Day 2: La Pierotta winery
Enjoy breakfast at the location before you depart for La Pierotta winery. Your journey will take you through the beautiful Tuscan countryside, winding through scenic forest paths and charming Maremma villages. Lunch will be hosted at the winery, where you will also have the opportunity to enjoy a tasting. Afterward, you will return by car. In the evening, you will dine at a traditional restaurant in the area.
Day 3: Castle of Scarlino
Breakfast will be served on the site before arriving at the La Pierotta winery by car. Afterward, set off on horseback towards the Castle of Scarlino. Take a packed lunch break for approximately one hour before making your way back to the winery. Finally, return to the apartments by car and conclude the day with dinner at the headquarters.
Day 4: Bandite di Scarlino
Once you have a delicious breakfast, arrive by car at La Pierotta wine farm and then set off on horseback from the center, exploring the scenic countryside, forest paths, and breathtaking coastal views. Lunch options include either a packed meal or dining on-site. In the evening, have a savory dinner at a traditional local restaurant.
Day 5: Bandite di Scarlino and Cala Violina
Enjoy breakfast at the location before departing from the headquarters. You will take scenic trails through the scrubland, leading you to a stunning viewpoint overlooking the sea. There you will take a planned break in Cala Violina for a packed lunch lasting approximately an hour and a half. After lunch, you will continue your journey along the trails, looping back to the center. Once you return to the headquarters, a hearty dinner will be served.
Day 6: Punta Ala beach
Enjoy breakfast before taking on a scenic walk through the woods that leads you to the beautiful beach of Punta Ala. There, you will take a break for a picnic lunch featuring typical Tuscan delicacies, allowing for about an hour and a half of relaxation and enjoyment by the sea. After that, you will return and gather for a farewell aperitif. The day will conclude with dinner at the headquarters.
Day 7: Departure day
Breakfast and departure to the airport.
