"All I wanted and more"
The location, accommodation, facilities and provided service were excellent at the villa and riding school too.The riding school was nearby and horses looked happy and well cared for. All trainers were friendly, knowledgeable, happy to help and answer my questions. All together created very pleasant and enjoyable experiences/memories which makes me think about returning. Thank you.

"What's not to love about this holiday"
Overall this holiday was fabulous, and exceeded my expectations. I have done riding holidays in UK previously and this was my first in Spain. The quality of the horses was excellent, the scenery truly spectacular, the food very good, and people very friendly, especially our guide Daniella, who couldn't have been more helpful. The pace and routes were tailored to our riding ability and was challenging at times, particularly as the terrain is steep in places.

"Don't be out off by the lack of info"
The accommodation, up the mountain from the spa town Lanjarón, was delightful. Ann welcomes you with open arms. I stayed in a charming casita with kitchen and sitting room with wood burner for the cold mountain evenings. In the evenings we all came together for a delicious meal cooked by Ann and a glass of local wine.
The riding was superb - up to 2300 metres where the air gets thin as well as scrambling down the mountainside leading the horses to the valley. The horses were a wonder - very sure-footed along the narrow tracks and readily cantering up the wider ones.
Danielle who led me on three days was superb. She is an excellent rider and very sensitive to what visitors need. Her calm, quiet but very friendly manner immediately puts you at ease.

"Great first horse riding holiday"
Everyone one I met from Stuart for the airport transfer, Ann for the accommodation & food and everyone connected to the stables were friendly, really lovely people.
The horses are well cared for and looked after very well. They are confident, well fed and groomed regularly.
It really helped that I had been honest about my riding ability and weight as that ensured I was matched with a lovely horse who suited me perfectly.
The riding trails are great, a little steep in places and I found leading the horses down a mule track really scary.
I talked to Danniella about my fears and she adapted the next days ride for a trail that suited me. It really wasn’t an issue for them. I could tack and untack, groom and care for Blossom as much as I wanted to, all with encouragement and tips from Danniella.
I was asked everyday how much I wanted to do, both riding and horse care. It did help I was there at a quiet time of year and I appreciate it may not have been so easy to be so flexible at the height of the season with more riders. I added extra rides on my arrival and departure date so rode for around 18 hours over 5 days.
The accommodation was lovely, about 10 minutes drive from the stables. Transfers to and from the 2 locations are arranged for you. Ann is an amazing person who really made me feel welcome and looked after.
The scenery is stunning. It seems the horses love to stop and gaze across the mountains too. I have some lovely photos and wonderful memories.

"Breathtakingly beautiful "
Everything was so well organized. Sarah was so helpful, as I booked very late, but she made it all possible! The airport transfers were plain sailing the whole way. The accommodation in each place was clean and comfortable, with wonderful hosts. Were were served the best food, buffet breakfast, picnic lunches and 3 course dinners each day. All the horses were so well looked after, and a very easy, safe ride for any level of rider. Our guide, Linda was very good. The scenery was absolutely spectacular, I couldn’t of imagined anything more beautiful!

"Solo 4 Day Horse Ride"
I was in Spain for a couple of days and was interested in a multi-day horse trek. I booked Caballo Blanco and am happy to share that my experience was everything that I hoped it would be and more. Highlights included Ann's warm hospitality and delicious food at La Casa del Viento, the amazing quality and well-cared for horses from Sarah's farm, the spectacular views and varied treks that we took, so many opportunities to learn more about and taking care of the horses, Janice and Cris's lovely mountain cottage and the great company of my very knowledgeable guide Eva. Every day was an amazing experience and I couldn't choose a favourite trek. Definitely would recommend!
