You will be accommodated at the hotel Göreme Valley Cave House in Göreme / Cappadocia, which belongs to a ranch. You will also experience camping during the trip.
Program
Day 1
- Leave in the morning.
- Love valley
- Babacik canyon
- Pigeon valley
- Lunch in Uçhisar town
- Around 2 hours climbing to Cemil Mountain
- Overnight in Ibrahimpasa town. Dinner and shower. Sleep inside a cave.
Day 2
- Breakfast
- Ride to Pancarlik Valley
- Gomeda Valley
- Lunch in Mustafapasa town
- Visit Greek houses, Ayas Vagilios Church and monastery valley, all in Mustafapasa
- Overnight in Gol Gol mountains, camping close to the lake. Enjoy dinner. There will be fire, but no shower
Day 3
- Breakfast
- Ride to Cemil Village to see a church
- Keslik Monastery
- Lunch in the valley close to the monastery
- Damsa Village, where you stop to drink tea in local tea house
- Then you have a long ride to visit Hodul Mountains, see the valley there
- Night camping in Yesiloz town (there will be fire and dinner, but no shower)
Day 4
- Breakfast
- Visit Thodora Church in Yesiloz
- Ride to old Garin village to see fairy chimneys
- Karlik village
- Karacaoren village (an old small village, you can see local people and have lunch there
- Ride passing Urgup and Ortahisar to see Ortahisar, Castle Meskender valley
- Overnight on the farm, inside the cave with fairy chimney, dinner, and shower
Day 5
- Breakfast
- Ride to Sword Valley
- Rose Valley
- Red Valley - climb to sunset point
- Lunch in old Çavusin village
- Visit Çavusin monastery
- Pasabag to see fairy chimneys
- White valley
- Baglidere Valley
- Climb to White Hill to watch the sunset
- For your last dinner, the Cappadocia Horse Farm team will offer to have dinner on the farm, joining with everybody. You visit local places, all the food is local, grown and cooked here in Cappadocia. Just let Cappadocia Horse Farm know in advance if you are vegetarian or not.

The Cappadocian Region is located in the center of the Anatolian Region of Turkey. Its valley, canyon, hills, and unusual rock formation were created as a result of the eroding rains and winds of thousands of years of the level, lava-covered plain located between the volcanic mountains Erciyes, Melendiz, and Hasan as well as its troglodyte dwellings carved out of the rock and cities dug out into underground, presents an otherworldly appearance.

You will be served daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Some meals will be served during your visit to small villages. For your last dinner, Cappadocia Ranch will offer you a meal on the farm, joining everybody where you will also visit local places. All food is local, grown, and cooked here in Cappadocia. Please let Cappadocia Horse Farm know if you are a vegetarian or not.
