Picturesque Dragobrat Freerider, situated close to an urban-type settlement Yasinia in Zakarpattia Oblast, is the highest and the most admirable mountain resort of Ukraine. It is located in the Subalpine zone at the hight of 1,400 to 1,700 meters and is surrounded by Svydovets mountain range, protecting it from abrupt weather changes. This determines the solid snow covering in winter and mild, warm summer, which attracts tourists from all over the world right up there. The snow cover is steadily kept there from November to May for over 30 years.

Climbing

Dragobrat Resort is the highest mountain resort in Ukraine, which is located in the Svydovets mountain range from 1,400 up to 1,700 meters high above the sea. The highest peaks are Hoverla (2,061 meters), Petros (2,020 meters), Zhandarmy (,1763 meters), Blyzyntsi (1,885 meters), Stig (1,704 meters). The nearest settlement is 18 kilometers to reach. It is named Yasinia.
