Day 1: Arrival
Today, you arrive in Esquina, Corrientes province, Argentina.
Day 2
On the first day of horseback riding, you will go in the morning to explore the countryside and get to know the surroundings. You'll be able to observe countless landscapes and native fauna, as Corrientes is one of the provinces with the highest biodiversity in Argentina. You will return the same day to have lunch at the ranch and in the afternoon, continue exploring, leaving the rest of the afternoon free to enjoy the ranch and the pool. At night, you'll have dinner at the ranch and enjoy local musicians and a bonfire.
Day 3
On the second day, you'll head to a field to engage in rural activities with the local gauchos of the area, who work with cows and horses. You'll have lunch at the ranch and in the afternoon, you'll again explore the countryside in search of new landscapes and animals. At night, dinner will be at the ranch like the previous night.
Day 4
On the third day, you'll leave early for a typical gaucho outpost, a 5-hour horse ride away, where they'll welcome you with a grand barbecue for lunch. That afternoon, you'll explore the countryside and the marshes. You'll spend the night there in sleeping bags, as the outpost is rustic and austere. In the morning, you'll return to the ranch.
Day 5
On the fourth day, you'll have the option to have a free day and enjoy the ranch and all its amenities, such as the pool, the living room, the garden, boat rides, etc.
Day 6
On the fifth day, you'll go swimming with the horses in the Corriente River, also riding along sandy beaches and through the marshes. Lunch will be at the ranch, and in the afternoon, you'll continue exploring the marshes and grasslands.
Day 7: Departure
This is the end of your holiday in Argentina. You'll check-out and return home.
Note
There's a wide variety of activities to do in Corrientes, always depending on the weather. In case the weather doesn't permit certain activities on a particular day, Gaucho Argentino will arrange an alternative activity according to the conditions.
The ranch is very welcoming, located in the city of 'Esquina,' 600 km from Buenos Aires.
