Day 1: Arrival
Transfer from the airport Cagliari to the hotel “I Colori” in Sant’Antioco.
Dinner in the Restaurant “Agrifoglio” with typical local products.
Day 2: Ancient graves and breeze of southwest
An excursion for experienced riders, in front of Saint Pietro island.
From the riding school, you'll reach the ancient little fishermen village “Is Loccis Santus”. You will ride next to the rest of some Domus de Janas, funenary ravines of 8000 years old, than going direction to the sea. From the point Punta e’ Trettu riding through Corongiuali, you arrive on Bruncu e Teula where you'll walk on the seashore, rich of attractiveness. You ride in the little beaches and sandy shores and then hike from the coast for have the honor to see the amazing view given by the close Saint Pietro island. Savour the smell of the sea’s fresh breeze while riding the horses shoud give you an unforgettable experience.

Day 3: Shades of blue sky between lake and sea
Interesting horse riding trail of some hours with a historical preview and a relaxing stop on the artificial lake of Tratalias.
Leaving the riding school, take in direction of the sea to the Saint Antioco’s salt works. Following up the local riverbed, you arrive into a little village called Palmas Vecchio where you can admire a church built 1000 years ago. The next place will be the artificial lake of Tratalias where you will get in an amazing panoramic place to see the close lake basin and also the distant coast. On the way to go back home, you'll visit the Middle Age village “Tratalias Vecchia”. Between the native vegetation and the blue notes of the lake and the sea, you will be able to give you a really attractive horse riding.

Day 4: Sea and history
A horse trail for experts discovering the Eastern coast of S.Antioco island
The horses arrive by van on the Island of S.Antioco. In the area of the ex quarries of Palmas, you unload the horses and begin your riding to the beautiful beach of Maladroxia through the mediterranean vegetation until the coastline in the south to the wild beach of Coe’ Cuaddus, then go to Turri with its majestic 700 years old tower who dominates the headline and its inner bays, sometimes sandy and sometimes rocky, it depends on the sea’s whims.
Loosing this incredible and unparalleled view offered by this piece of coast, you go through the inland of the island for reach the valley of Cannai from where you will come back to the starting point. It is an extremely fascinated experience to discover this Eastern coast of S. Antioco.

Day 5: Beaches and white sand between junipers and pine trees
An excursion on the south coast of Sardinia between the beaches of Porto Botte and Porto Pino.
You start the horse riding tour from the riding school. You'll follow the itinerary of a local river in direction to the sea. You can contemplate the south coast riding in Porto Botte, a windy inlet particularly loved by kite surfers, you reach Is Solinas, another lovely beach also very appreciated from kite surfers, riding further to the romantic bay of Su Portu e Su Trigu, and finally arriving on the very known beach of Porto Pino, characterized by its white sands and dunes that are Unesco’s heritage. Between a sighting of some pink flamingos and a horse riding through the coastal vineyards, you will be likely impressed by the unique scents of the green junipers and Aleppo pines.

Day 6: Islands on the island in high altitude
Monte Suergiù and its panorama of the islands of Sulcis
It is a horse trail on the mountain who offers you a priceless view of the Sulcis archipelago. During this excursion, you make also a stop near the Domus de Janas of Crobu’s mountain, you will climb the mountain of Suergiu until 400 metres above the sea level. From the green paths of this hill you will surprise you with a breathtaking view over the sea and over S. Antioco and S. Pietro island, the private island of Piana and other islets of the sulcitan archipelago. A beautiful view that will conquer you and that you cannot wait to shoot in a great photo.

Day 7: Amazing Views and wide horizons
The west coast of S. Antioco – horse riding full of emotions
On this second trail that is suggested to you on the island of S. Antioco, the starting point is the known fountain of Cannai. It’s an ancient animal drinking-trough in the valley named Cannai. You start from here the tour going through an itinerary that takes us into the ruins of Su Semafuru, a historical stop light postation placed in height to guard the bay of Palmas. After enjoying this unique panoramic view given by this strategical hill where it’s possible to admire all the sea around, you cross the mediterranean vegetation to a place called Portu Sciusciau un the coast with a picturesque view of the cavern of Sirene. Then visit the nuragic village of Grutti’e Acqua and the grave of the Giant placed in Su Niu’e su Crobu. The last stop before coming back is the beautiful bay of Calasapone with its arms of cliff that hug the sea drawing a charming cove where it’s possible to enjoy multicoloured sunsets.
