The horses

They are the highlight of these riding holidays! Serene horses, as the result of an excellent natural horsemanship, they will make you feel an immediate connection with them. They are a pleasure to ride and to be around.

Most of them were born and bred at home, others are with Jerebeque Trails Horse Riding since they were fouls. The best looked after and most loved horses that you can find all over the world for riding holidays. Beautiful PRE horses, they also have some pure Hispano-Arab cross and a few crossed.

Jerebeque Trails Horse Riding breeds their own horses, after the magical work you will enjoy riding them, they can tell you many stories of them since birth. The beloved horses are, above all, happy horses. They live in freedom and in group, living, eating, drinking, sleeping, and traveling together with the most natural life we can offer them.

The best well-mannered horses for riding. They live in a huge pine forest, a common land of 500 hectares in the Gredos Mountains or in the rich pastures in the Dehesas of Extremadura. They keep fit as they can walk around 20 kilometers every day in freedom. They live with other groups of animals, more horses, donkeys, cows and also wild animals such as wolves, roe deer, deer, wild boar, foxes.

Stud breeding farm

At Jerebeque Trails Horse Riding, they use PRE horses breeding by Jerebeque Trails Horse Riding from the mares that also work on the rides, they are mares chosen for their resistance, work capacity, good character and for the favorite color grey.

Jerebeque Trails Horse Riding chooses stallions with the best and most contrasted origins within the race of the horse Andaluz horse, so they have got PRE horses for the rides of the best quality due to their ability to work in resistance in the hot summer temperatures, the lack of water as well as the capacity to survive in the snowy mountains of the Sierra the Gredos. Serene horses are horses with excellent character, friendly, and close to the humans, easy to ride, they always give you the last breath in your gallops across the wide and length of the Cañadas Reales in Extremadura dry by the heat and muddy by the rain, they will also be able to take you to the highest peaks and deepest valley of the Sierra de Gredos along the granitic trails.
