Talabgaon Castle's horse safari is based on the ancient way of traveling by the king, family, and relatives of Rajputana. Travelling on horseback is offering horse lovers the best possible way to be with the horses and experience the wonderful countryside in Rajasthan or the land of Rajas. For horse enthusiasts, you can ride all day long on perfect sandy paths through stunning landscapes!
On the first three nights, you will be staying at Talabgaon Castla and on the four camping nights, you will stay in luxury tents.
Talabgaon Castle offers nine luxuriously furnished Heritage Suites, 11 Heritage Rooms, and four Deluxe Rooms, each has been restored using rich fabrics, woodwork, marble, and silk drapes, drawn from the colorful artistry and warm hues of Rajasthan.

Experience lunch or dinner in a traditional mud house setting on a local farm in Talabgaon Village. Take in the rustic Rajasthan en route, ten minutes by jeep or 40 minutes by camel cart.
This horse safari will start from Talabgaon Castle to Ranthambore Tiger Reserve and Short Safari. Talabgaon uses well-trained beautiful Marwari horses and the routes are variable, an interesting passing through countryside, sand dunes, green fields, and small villages. On average, you will we ride 25 to 35 kilometers in a day, starting in the morning after breakfast, stopping on the way for lunch, and rest for some time.
Talabgaon Castle will take great care in choosing beautiful locations and secluded places with panoramic views of lacks, fields, and riverbeds for the mid-day halts. As you reach the chosen place for lunch break or end of the day safari, the advance team is waiting to take care of the guests and horses.
The safe and trained staff serves delicious and fresh cooked traditional Rajasthani cuisine prepared for the taste of guests. There are two Jeeps available to take care of those guests who do not want to ride for the whole day or those who are non-riders.
The safety of horses and riders are the top priority, Talabgaon Castle makes riders feel safe, as well as have great fun and adventure, and looks after the horses during the break and night halts.
Arrive at Talabgaon Castle, have lunch and in the evening, check the horses and take pictures. On the first three nights at Talabgaon Castle, check and understand the horses.
After breakfast, have a casual ride for 10 kilometers till the Mud House and stop for lunch, rest for some time and ride back 10 kilometers to the Castle.
Again, after breakfast, ride on to a different route for 15 kilometers, stop for lunch, rest for some time, and ride back to the Castle for 15 kilometers.
Leave for the safari at Ranthambhore through riding for 15 kilometers, have a lunch stop at some nice spot under the trees. After lunch, ride again for 15 kilometers to the tented accommodation and spend the night.
After breakfast, ride again through fields and villages for around 15 kilometers and stop for lunch, which is already set up by the advance team, rest for some time, and start again for the new place where the tents are pitched by the advance team for a night stay.
After breakfast, there is an organized village-walk and school visit, here, guests can interact with the children and village people. Come back for lunch to the tented place. After lunch. rest for some time, at 4 p.m., those who want can ride and others can relax.
After breakfast, ride again for 15 kilometers and stop for lunch, rest and ride for a few kilometers till the road near Ranthambhore and then, the safari ends. Here, the bus or Innova car is waiting to transfer the guests to the hotel and rest for the departure.
He is a keen horse rider and a polo player. He has been leading horse safaris since 2004 and his team riders have a good 18 years of experience in travel and hospitality, together, they are all set to take care of you on a safari, his love for horses is inherent in him.
He is also from the Erstwhile Nobel Family, everyone in the team is proud of this excellent horseman who has a pleasant personality. He has a good knowledge of Rajasthan's culture and history, which he shares between the guest riders from time-to-time on the tour.
Talabgaon Castle Heritage Resort is located at the heart of Rajasthan, previously known as Rajputana. It is a 1.3-hour drive south of Jaipur and 1.5 hours north of Sawai Modphur Tiger Reserve in Ranthambore. Talabgaon can be reached via Dausa (1.5 hours) and is a 4.5-hour drive from Agra or 6 hours via Delhi via Alwar.
