Agadir Ranch

As a first-time visitor to Morocco, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but every expectation I had was exceeded many times over.

The itinerary was packed with unforgettable experiences: yoga sessions (thank you, Rabie!), incredible food, Moroccan culture and dance, excursions to the surrounding areas, refreshing swims, overnight stays in tents and bungalows, the best hammam and massage I’ve ever had, evenings around the fire, and, of course, plenty of horseback riding.

The horses were truly exceptional - beautifully cared for, well-loved, and perfectly matched to riders of all experience levels. Noura was an outstanding guide on every ride, always making me feel safe and supported. She encouraged me to challenge myself and step outside my comfort zone in the best possible way. By the end of the trip, we all felt exhilarated and more alive than ever.

What made the experience even more special was the incredible company! Not only from the group, but also from Jamal, Anouar, Said, and Bashir. They welcomed us into their lives, treated us like family, and turned an amazing trip into a truly unforgettable memory. Their horsemanship is nothing short of extraordinary; honestly, I’d come back just to watch them ride.

Overall, this was one of the most memorable travel experiences I’ve ever had. I’m already counting down the days until I will return next year.

This did not feel like a hotel, but I felt like part of the family. I have been on many horse riding holidays, but if you want to push yourself out of your comfort zone, this is the holiday for you. The love of horses from everyone was amazing. The food was outstanding and all the activities left no time to dwell. 100 percent recommend, and I will be returning next year to spend another week with my new Moroccan family. (they will also accommodate any riding ability)

Hard to say what was best as SO many great things could start with Diablo - most wonderful dog who I fell in love with immediately!!! The kind, caring, generous and highly skilled Moroccans looking after us in every way closely followed by the incredible Berber Arab stallions special mention to Zorro! Incredible, quiet Ranch in stunningly beautiful natural location by the sea. Big shout outs and thanks to Noura, Floran, Jamal, Rachid for all the care and attention, amazing home cooked food and my fantastic guides who taught me so much about riding Morrocco style Anwar and Said - both so highly skilled incredible inspirational horseman, but also patient and kind to me as a beginner rider. Also the very special Rabie our amazing yoga teacher sharing so much knowledge beyond the great stretching and breathing. Honestly was like being adopted in to an eclectic Moroccan family - so grateful to you all THANK YOU for the best time.

The best thing about this retreat was the people and the staff who treated me like I was royalty. The horses were Hardy and well trained and I felt safe under the guidance and expertise of Nora and her team. The food was absolutely delicious and served fresh for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It all comes fresh from the surrounding farms and you can taste it. It's like your mom's cooking dinner for you in the kitchen. From galloping on the beach through the waves to bareback riding in the ocean to crossing the sand dunes and sleeping in a Berber tent at a small oasis, well the adventure was endless. The kindness and calmness of the Moroccan people mixed with the adventure of seeing these magnificent landscapes on horseback made this trip an unforgettable experience. This is not a luxurious, Club Med type, elite retreat. This is a real, raw, human experience mixed with adventure, breathtaking landscapes and genuine people. If you're looking for your next adventure and you're looking for something different than all the other Horse Trekking tours have to offer, well this is the one for you!

The most positive thing about the experience was how well trained the horses were. I really enjoyed the beach rides and the freedom to really pick up speed when on a gallop.

Our party of four have just returned from the most fantastic week at Agadir Ranch! The horses were all safe and well looked after (a big shout out to the lovely Hidalgo, my ride for the week, an absolute gentleman, with pace when asked 🥰) .

The riding was varied and fast at times - not for beginners, but excellent if you are comfortable at all paces. Noura and Anouar were great guides, we all learned and laughed a lot. Sayeed and Rashid supported as guides and grooms, everyone clearly cares for the horses and although things are maybe done differently to how we are used to in the UK, I came away 100% happy with the condition of and care that the horses received.

Aside from the riding, the program was enjoyable and full-on. Plans for the following day were generally discussed in the afternoon, and confirmed later in a message (there was always someone to ask if we were unsure about the details - thank you Jamal!).

Rabie's yoga sessions were an unexpected (not on our programme, but we were invited to join in, if we wished) and hugely enjoyable experience.

The food was plentiful and tasty. Noura's cooking is phenomenal, and I think I will dream about the beef tagine for years!

I received a warm welcome upon arriving at the retreat. A taxi driver picked me up promptly from the airport and even made a thoughtful stop along the way to pick up freshly baked sweets, gifting me an entire box.

The staff (including the dog Diablo)are lovely.

The riad is a peaceful haven with a pool, located about 45 minutes from the airport, away from the bustle of the city. During my stay, we experienced a mix of very hot days and cooler weather. The surrounding landscape is rich with nature, with the ocean nearby as well as deserts and dunes.

Each day was full of activities, overnight riding trips, a trip to an oasis and to the city and a great hammam/massage. Morning yoga was offered daily on the rooftop, overlooking the sea. The sessions were slow paced, focusing on gentle stretching and mobility. The instructor was kind and attentive to everyone, and the practice became especially appreciated after long days of riding and walking, particularly toward the end of the week.

All meals were provided. It is important to communicate any dietary restrictions in advance, while keeping in mind that very strict diets may not always be perfectly accommodated. However, there will always be something available. Meals included tagines, lots of vegetables, fresh bread, soups, plenty of tea, seafood, and traditional sweets. Special thanks to Havida and Noura for the DELICIOUS food.

The staff and owners are the most kindest and warmest people who will make sure your stay is faultless. The quiet location made it a peaceful retreat with fabulous sunsets every night. The accommodation is authentic Moroccan, cosy and clean with the most amazing home cooked food made by Noura (the beef tagine with pears was just the best). Please do not believe the one star ratings, if you want authentic Moroccan retreat with great activities then this is the place for you. The horses were well trained and responsive and very well cared for, they are very very fit! Long gallops along beaches and desert tracks are an absolute joy with Noura as our guide. If you like riding long gallops then this is the holiday for you. All the horses are stallions so you need to keep your distance between them but they were all behaved. The yoga, Hayman, visit to Paradise Valley and the Souk were all fantastic activities. You certainly get value for money on this trip! The breakfasts were delicious with pancakes, fresh orange, tea or coffee, jams, honey, cheese and bread. The lunches were home made as were the evening meals, all fantastic and delicious. We messed up on our flight back and Florian and Noura kindly allowed us to stay another night with no problems at all. The swimming pool is refreshing and clean and there is a Hamman on site which you can use. The taxis are organised for you and are always on time for transfers. I hope to come here again very soon as I have loved every minute.

The remote location offers a more authentic experience, away from heavily touristic areas.

The food prepared by Noura was consistently enjoyable, with a good variety of traditional dishes.

Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, and when requests were raised, they made an effort to help.

Our group dynamic was a real highlight - we had many enjoyable moments and great conversations throughout the week.

The range of activities offered was varied and well thought out, resulting in a full and engaging schedule.

As a beginner rider, I found the horses and riding style different from my previous experiences - more natural and less structured - which may appeal more to experienced riders.

Airport transfers were also reliable and well organised.

The riding, the food, the location, the group, it was all fantastic, we had a week of wonderful activities, the views are just out of these world, our instructor Abrani was the best horseman and boosted up my confidence, our group of six girls was just the best!!! It was a week I will never forget, it was really magical!!!

This is a place I would recommend to anyone who wants to do something good for themselves. After spending a week with Florans team, I left feeling calm, happy, and above all deeply grateful.

If you are looking for a classic five-star hotel with a polished yoga program, this might not be the right place for you. But what you get instead is so much more. The atmosphere is authentic, warm, and welcoming. There is yoga and stretching, wonderful horseback rides, delicious homemade meals, cozy excursions, and most importantly some truly kind and helpful people.

The cherry on top was the amazing group of women I had the pleasure of sharing the experience with.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a meaningful and heartwarming retreat, and I will definitely be back myself.

The ranch is a very nice and picturesque place with friendly and hospitable hosts and staff who create a very good atmosphere for their guests. It is located on the outskirts of a small village surrounded by vast plains and with a fantastic view of the sea. The food was very good. The horses are friendly and very calm even when loud vehicles or barking dogs appear. The riding guide took good care of both us and the horses - all for a wonderful experience. I am still a little confused about how the program originally was planned but also very happy that during my week there was flexibility in relation to unpredictable circumstances such as weather. The yoga sessions were an unexpected but much appreciated bonus.

I had a wonderful week and would love to go back.

The landscape. The riad is located in a village set in the middle of a national park and has a wonderful sea view. The people. The owners, the staff, the guides (I do not want forget (or misspell) anyone, so no names, but many thanks to everyone!), really nice people with a very human, personal approach. The programme. It was great, very complete (horses, yoga and stretching, natural reserve, camel riding, hammam). The food was very, very nice!

If you want to spend a week riding horses (even as a beginner like me) in a beautiful setting, surrounded by kind people, this is the place.

What an incredible week I’ve spent in this truly beautiful corner of the world. I already wish I could go back and experience it all again.

The location is peaceful, stunning, and wonderfully authentic (not an artificial tourist destination), but somewhere real. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, safe, and completely at home as a solo female traveler.

It was a week filled with adventure and new experiences, I just wished I could have stayed for longer.

Horses are treated well and the location is beautiful. Especially Adbrani (thank you for all the help and just letting me have time to remember, that I actually can ride) and Rico took good care of our group - plus the always reliable Mohamed Mr. taxi. Don’t read the programme too carefully, just go with the flow and enjoy it 🐎. Absolutely safe and fine to travel there as a solo woman.

What an awesome week I have spent in this lovely amazingly beautiful corner of the world: I wish I could go back straight away and live it all again. The location is quiet, beautiful, real (as in not an artificial paradise for tourists), offering all I personally needed and could wish for. I felt welcome and at home, safe and well looked after for the whole time. The horses are beautiful, extremely well trained, fit and I find astonishing that a group of all stallions can be so calm, relaxed and live in harmony. The level of care and overall happiness are excellent, achieved thanks to staff that are both professionally very gifted and highly motivated by… a very big heart. We were all (clients, horses, cat, dogs, and donkey) well cared for and extremely well fed by the team. I felt very safe (whatever activity we were doing, and we did many, amazing, different things!) and therefore completely relaxed and able to just enjoy myself.

It’s been a week filled with adventure, new experiences, and the only thing that was missing was … time. I wish I had more. Nora and Abdelghni (Horse team) thank you both, it’s been a dream come true, thank you for all the dedication, patience and answers to 1000 questions. Thank you Mustapha for your kindness, your help with most everything, including your yummy eggs, epic.

Happy Horse Year

I had a wonderful trip! The staff were so kind and helpful, always ready to help with anything we needed. The riad was traditional and truly authentic, full of charm and character. The two dogs were incredibly friendly, and the cat added even more joy to the place. Every day was filled with amazing activities, and the sunset horse riding was absolutely unforgettable. A truly memorable experience!

I had an exceptional week in December surrounded by such warm hospitality, where I felt completely at home, like part of the family. The horses are very well cared for, and I was truly impressed by their harmony together , these brave stallions! I loved the exhilarating gallops along miles of beach and the sunset rides. Crossing the dunes and the mini-desert was a real escape. The welcome and hospitality I received everywhere I went ,touched me deeply. The places where we stayd outside were very nice and all the week so good and excellent food.The guides, Noura and Abrani, were incredibly attentive and kind. A huge thank you to both of them for the magnificent videos and gallops. Noura is also an amazing cook and I loved so much her sardines kefta. A very big thank you to Floran and his mother, as well as Diabolo and Viktor, for sharing afternoon tea and crepes. I also want to thank Okidoki, Spirit, Ocean, and Sahara from the bottom of my heart for carrying me and for introducing me to this superb country, which I'm discovering for the first time . I spent an unforgettable week horseback riding at the Agadir Ranch in Morocco, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the very beginning, I felt warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and attentive staff.

The food was fantastic throughout the entire stay. Even as a vegetarian, I was always well taken care of, with delicious alternatives prepared for every meal, even when we ate outside the ranch. The cuisine was authentic, simple, and traditional, yet absolutely perfect for a riding holiday.

The horses are outstanding: very well trained, responsive to all aids, forward, and fast. Riding them was pure joy. The routes are simply breathtaking, taking you along the beach and ocean, through dunes and into the desert.

The program included two overnight stays away from the ranch, which were truly special. One night was spent in a tent, and another in a mobile home directly on the beach, offering stunning ocean views and magical sunsets.

Everything was perfectly organized, including airport transfers. We also spent a day in Agadir visiting the market and enjoying a hammam, which was a unique cultural highlight.

I would absolutely do this trip again and can highly recommend the Agadir Ranch to anyone looking for an unforgettable riding experience.

I went with my mum and we had the absolute best time. Every day was different and we did A LOT of riding (2 - 4 hrs a day) in varying locations from the mountains to the beach, sand dunes and on the cliffs above the sea. The horses were all stallions and were great to ride. Lots of energy and listened and responded well.

We spent most of our time with the lovely Sora, one of the guides there and she was excellent. She really cared about the wellbeing of us as guests and that of the horses, communicating really well with us and making sure that we felt safe and comfortable, while still making sure we had a lot of long canters and gallops. We also went out a couple of times with Abdrani, who was more wild, but also very fun.

In the evenings, we enjoyed chatting to the owner Floran & eating the delicious food that was prepared by Noura (the other owner) and the team. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and we had the best time. I would highly reccommend to anyone.

Things that are good to know before you go:

- The riads are in a very small village in the middle of nowhere (about an hour and a half south of Agadir), so if you need supplies, you should get them on the way (you won't need food as they have massive portion sizes).

- Taxis stop randomly in Morocco to carry out errands. This is normal and nothing to be worried about.

- Riding will take up most of your day (we often didn't get back until 5pm, so you won't need to plan for the afternoon)

I had the most incredible time. Floran, Noura & the whole team made me feel so welcome. In the run up to the holiday they provided information, they welcomed me on arrival and were so warm hearted. We ate so well, with really tasty, healthy food prepared on site by the team and we ate together at a big table.

The riding was superb. The horses were all great and I only had good experiences. I was also happy that the horses were well cared for and clearly trusted the guides/stable workers. I was on the full riding week that involved camping away from the ranch. I saw so much wildlife and countryside and it was all brilliant. I really bonded with the horses I rode and was very sad to say goodbye... I had some amazingly unforgettable moments.

I was especially impressed with how the programme felt adapted specifically to my needs. As a woman travelling alone, safety was a concern, but Noura (the first female horse guide in Morocco) understood that and I felt very safe and extremely welcome.

The hammam on the last day was a really nice idea too.

I met some good people along the way, my riding improved dramatically, we laughed loads & I returned home feeling decades younger. Thank you team!🥰

It really was a super horse riding holiday. The accommodation was comfortable and peaceful and there was always something to do. Plenty of home made tasty healthy food.

The instructors listened to us and the rides were varied, well organised and in beautiful locations.

I rode a variety of horses and the time in the saddle has definitely made me a more confident rider. It was also lovely to spend this time with my daughter.

Unforgettable week in a rustic, traditional and genuine Moroccan riad. The accommodation is basic (I'd say 2*, in line with my expectations), clean and comfortable. I really appreciated getting a heater for my room as nights were surprisingly cold. I was apprehensive about coming on my own (blond, blue-eyed woman) - I shouldn't have, I felt safe at all times. The programme is packed with genuine Moroccan activities, which I would have never experienced as a tourist (hammam, lunch at a fishing village, 1hr camel ride at sunset with a baby camel following his mummy, riding on long beaches and sand dunes with a donkey following us). The food was absolutely incredible. The taxi transport (no seatbelts, push starting the car on one occasion) added to the experience. People were genuine and friendly, there is a true homely feeling to the place.

If you are looking for a week with lots of horse riding, galloping on the beach or in the dunes combined with beautiful Moroccan food, and a nice side program with excursions this is the place to go. People are super friendly, the Yoga lessons with Chantal helped the sore muscles to relax and the riad so close to the beach is great. Sora is a great instructor with horses and Adbrani is lots of fun.

An Unforgettable Horse-Riding Journey

This was truly an experience of a lifetime that every horseman, rider, trainer, or stable owner should have at least once. After 40 years with horses across Central Europe and Greece, this exceeded all expectations.

Horses: Ten healthy stallions aged 4–16, in excellent condition—brushed, washed, and cared for daily. Their endurance and training are remarkable; even intermediate riders can enjoy gallops, trots, and walks once they relax. Ibrahim, with his lifetime of experience and deep love for horses, ensures their wellbeing—thank you, Ibrahim!

Guides & Trails: Abdul (Abdul Ghani), with 27 years of expertise, was our main guide and trainer. His patience and energy make every rider feel safe and confident, from beginners to advanced riders seeking thrilling speed—thank you, Abdul! Noura, one of Morocco’s first female guides, impressed us with her skills and hospitality. Trails varied from rocky mountains to desert, beaches, dunes, eucalyptus forests, and Sous Massa National Park—pure magic!

Stay & Food: Douira village offered ocean views, sunsets, and peace. Noura also amazed us as chef, serving authentic dishes like Tangier specialties and fresh sweets—thank you, Noura! Mustafa, the maître d’hôtel, was always there with a smile, solving every need—thank you, Mustafa! Florian & Noura, co-owners, created a family-like atmosphere with respect and love—thank you both!

Final tip: Come open-m

Excellent horses, generally well looked after, in good condition, well behaved and very fit. Some good fast gallop along the beach. I got to ride several different horses which was good. It was also a relatively cheap trip. Airport transfers were good.

Not really knowing what to expect I went along with an open mind but can safely say this trip exceeded anything I could have imagined.

We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived, the riding was amazing, varied terrains, riding in the sand dunes then along the beaches was just exhilarating, in the forest along the river and in the mountains all stunning surroundings to experience on horseback. The horses were all clearly well loved and cared for and riding different horses was great too.. we had ride outs with Noura and Abdel both were fabulous guides who made our adventures fun. The camp outs and agendas were well organised and made the trip that bit unique and varied.

The hospitality and food were fantastic and plentiful I’m vegetarian and they catered perfectly for me with separate meals which were just lovely.

If you want something a bit different from the norm, want a varied programme of riding and have some fun then I would recommend this retreat.

I had the most incredible week riding in Morocco — it completely exceeded my expectations. Abdul was an amazing and fun guide who truly made the trip special. He brought so much energy, laughter, and care to every ride. The entire team was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable — they made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and had such a relaxed, homely feel. Every detail of the week was so thoughtfully planned. The meals were huge and insanely tasty — my belly is still full just thinking about them!

Each day’s ride was unique, offering new scenery and experiences. The horses were strong, well cared for, and a joy to ride — you can really tell how much love and respect they receive.

As a solo female traveller, I felt completely safe and looked after throughout the week. And the massage at the end? Pure bliss — exactly what I needed after days in the saddle.

I’d 100% go back in a heartbeat and would recommend this experience to absolutely everyone. It’s the perfect blend of adventure, comfort, and Moroccan hospitality.

We had a fantastic week on the advanced riding program, which included 3 to 4 hours of horseback riding each day. There are also other packages available for riders with less experience.

We were picked up from the airport by taxi — everything was well organized. The drive to our house in the mini desert took about an hour.

Breakfast and dinner were served at a different location in the village, which meant a 7-minute walk through the sand. We had our own room for the entire week, where we could leave our belongings. On two nights, we stayed elsewhere and packed only the essentials in our saddlebags.

It was a great adventure! We had a fun group, shared lots of laughs, and really enjoyed the peace and the beautiful surroundings.

Yes — it's Morocco, so you’ll also see quite a bit of plastic and rubbish here and there, but look past that and you’ll find the charm.

What an amazing experience… great horses, great food, adventures and experiences like no other … don’t go expecting 5* European luxury because you will be disappointed… however it’s very functional, clean, loads of space and it all works… the tent experience was good, the cabin by the beach was basic but functional. The food was fabulous… tagines of all flavours cooked with love … we were never hungry.. the horses are fine but fast and very sure footed … from mountains to galloping along miles of sand … brilliant… thank you for an amazing time xx

Kind steps, beautiful nature, and companions

A unique escape to world of sun, sea, sand and stallions! The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the ocean. I loved starting the day with crepes and cakes overlooking the beach. Meals were delicious and authentic. The staff struck the perfect balance of making you feel like an honoured guest as well as part of the family. The horses are both spirited and sensitive, they were such a pleasure to go trekking with. Massive thanks to Noura, Floran, Hamza, Kabira, Said, Mustapha, Loubna and the rest of the fam for being such wonderful hosts!

This was the first solo trip for me and it was absolutely amazing. Noura and Floran, along with the whole staff, created safe, warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the whole week. They made sure we had everything we need and the word "no" did not exist for them - they made all to accommodate us, even let us ride camels one evening for free! Every evening they informed us of the plans for the next day, so we always knew what to expect. Each day was better than the previous. We started with rides in the mountains and lunch in a beautiful place where we also had honey tasting after. Then forest, desserts and beaches with incredible views and delicious lunches either in restaurants on the way or at the riad. The overnight stays were also incredible and a nice surprise too, when it came to the quality. The horses were beautiful, well-behaved and you could see they are loved and very well taken care of. My favourite part was galloping on the beach, which was always my dream to do. It is hard to find a fault in this week, as everything was perfect, even the taxi drivers who were so kind and flexible (when I arrived my taxi driver even bought me some Moroccan cakes <3). For everyone who hesitates booking this holiday - just do it, you will not regret it. This was an absolutely unforgettable authentic experience with beautiful and kind people, lovely horses, delicious food and amazing views. Again huge thank you and I will hope to return again! Would give 6 stars if I could.

Overall range of activities and locations. I stayed in the beachouse, and went to the resturuant for eating as well as the pool. The 2 nights of camping were a nice change of pace.

The massage on the last day was perfect timing and a visit to the market allowed time for shopping.

Staff were also extremely nice and helpful. Were flexible with exceptions for scheduale and food. Made the stay very welcome and loved every minute.

The horses were also great, each having their own personality.

Tolles, abwechslungsreiches und durchdachtes Programm, sehr sanftmütige Pferde, unglaublich gastfreundliche Menschen, die jedem Gast ein unvergessliches Urlaubserlebnis ermöglichen wollen, typische marokkanische Küche mit viel Obst und Gemüse - wir wurden in jeder Hinsicht sehr verwöhnt!

The wonderful people and horses I had a chance to meet.

Too many good things: the horses, the landscapes, the program, the guides and the staff ... Everything was great

This was so authentically Moroccan, the wild terrain, the accommodation, the cuisine (tagines) and the hosts. Each day was different, sand dunes, national forest, beach, cliffs, farmland, mountains and swimming in the sea. No road work. Horses were very steady, sturdy and obedient. They have 15 stallions aged 4-18 and they were all very well behaved. I rode 5 different horses during the week as they rotate to rest them. You tended to ride for 2 hours at a time with a break for lunch and a couple of times we had sunset rides along the beach and on one we untacked and took the horses in the sea and washed them. If the sea had been a little calmer we could have swam with (on) them but it was too choppy. We stayed at the ranch for 5 of the 7 nights with 1 night spent at a lovely place about 10 miles north and another a more family orientated place about 5 miles to the south. The ranch accommodation was very clean and authentic, the pool area was nice and refreshing and we did yoga there each morning. There are 2 riads (guesthouses) next to each other and you can use either, it is very remote, sea front with about a 10 minute walk to a wild abandoned clean beach suitable for swimming. The hosts were very friendly and entertaining, the guides were very accommodating and tailored the trip to you, texting you the itinerary the night before. The last day trip to Agadir was great, the spa amazing! You cannot fault this holiday for its content, value and variety.

This was an incredible first solo trip for me. The whole experience was superb. From the rural and rustic setting of the riads, the views out to sea, and the Moroccan sunshine - it was breathtaking for me and the break from the treadmill of work I needed - a total reset! Tye yoga was essential! Noura and Floran along with their team of instructors and staff have created an amazing holiday of riding adventures and Moroccan cultural experiences. I met some incredible women on my trip, we laughed, swapped life stories and supported each other all the way. All the staff were polite, courteous and helpful. The food was a sight to behold, and was prepared on site and so tasty. The trips to the souk, hammam massage parlour and national park gave a wider idea of the culture in Morocco. The taxi drivers were helpful and took us to the shops or the bank on request while we were being driven to our excursions. I was the least experienced rider but I was looked after really well by Abdul who showed great skill, patience and kindness and Brihim who happily took me ahead of the more experience riders showing me how to improve to help build my confidence. The horses are magnificent and I have stunning pictures and videos to treasure of my time at Agidir Ranch. The chats with Floran and Noura at the end of each day were full of laughter and good information about what to expect. Everything. We had the best time, best laughs, met lovely people, fast horse, great food, great hosts, beautiful beaches, fabulous horse riding holiday.

The staff was very considerate and attentive and very communicative. I arrived with limited experience in horse riding as my past riding was on trail rides. Staff member, Abderani was a good fit for me around the horses and quickly elevated my confidence in riding. He was so positive and encouraging and smoothly transitioned me from riding to trotting to galloping. What a wonderful and exhilarating experience. The different riding locations were beautiful and added to the experience. The other retreat participants were more experienced riders so a more advanced itinerary was provided for them.

All was good. A quiet place. Very relaxed. Great friendly staff, great accommodation, lovingly furnished. Very good food. Really great horses, adjustable and controllable at all times.

The highlight was bathing with the horses in the sea.

This was an unforgettable journey in a truly magical and serene location. The trails were unique and led us through breathtaking scenery alongside spirited yet well-trained and responsive gorgeous Arab-Barb horses. Every element: the landscape, the horses, the food, the people — was exceptional and full of soul.

As for the accommodation, my room was bright and spacious, with a beautiful rooftop perfect for sunset views — a peaceful place to unwind after full days of riding.

The programme was very well planned, with yoga, trips and riding in a balanced way during the week. We changed horses if temper and level was better, and the overall experience was very true moroccan with Delicious food, very friendly staff, interesting riding trips. The riads are beautiful and very Nice to live in. All horses was good tempered, well trained and suited for our level. Yoga stretching provided relaxation and was very good for the muscles and joints. Anas is a good teacher in both disciplines.

I had the most magical time at this retreat.

The morning yoga sessions were so relaxing and I enjoyed that we were encouraged to feel our bodies and go inside. As a yoga teacher myself I like to be able to adjust my practice to how I'm feeling in the moment so I really appreciated this style.

As a complete beginner of horse riding I was very well looked after and after some private lessons I was able to join the more experience group on longer rides at the end of the week, although never pressured into anything I didn't feel safe to do.

Overall it was a once in a lifetime experience and I'm so happy I booked it.

It is very authentic and the scenery and nature is out of this world. I felt as if I was in a dream for the whole week.

This holiday at Agadir Ranch is what inspired my first trip to Morocco & I will never forget how special it was!

Floran, Noura, Anas, Abdo and all the staff are kind & caring to their guests & horses. Their beautiful stallions are cherished. We went on an overnight ride. I woke early & went to see the horses & help Noura water & feed them. It’s a big job for one to carry buckets of water to 5 horses. I highly recommend offering to help & Noura was so appreciative.

I can’t say enough about the beauty of the beaches & riding in the desert.

The food was plentiful and delicious & we loved our room in the Ocean Riad.

This ride is for beginners - advanced. I believe a beginner will enhance this type of experience with at least a handful of lessons.

My package was basically all inclusive for a week, full on rides in stunning scenery. Loved that the team assessed rider’s ability and split the group into capability levels with adjustments to type of ride for each group.

The cost for a full week, transfers, rides, food …, is possibly the same as a weekend at centre parcs !!!

What an incredible week! First our hosts are the loveliest people: generous, kind, warm, attentive, funny. And that covers Floran and Noura but also the entire team. Anass is particularly professional, attentive and taking his job very seriously. His yoga instruction was great - fabulous stretching after riding.

The riads are heavenly, so beautifully appointed by Noura and Floran, a heaven of peace and tranquility. Took many pictures and felt like home after a few days, and would have loved to stay longer.

The horses were fabulous. Despite being stallions (yes they do not castrate in Morocco), they were very well behaved (trained), consistent and powerful for lovely gallops on the beach. Beautiful breed (Arab/Berber). Noura is an exceptional lady, so admirative of what she has accomplished. And you can tell everyone just loves animals and that included the numerous wild cats and dogs.

Each riding day was different (beach, coastal trails, sand dunes, green riverside) and gorgeous.

And Noura is also a fabulous cook.

I will miss this team, they became friends… I got attached to each of them, I will have to come back.

My sister and I decided to explore Morocco via horseback, and it was a wonderful experience. We had never done a horseback trip before. Our guide, Anass Voltigeur, was amazing. He was calm around the animals and very helpful. He listened to our concerns and wants and was a top-notch guide. We have never ridden horses at a canter so often and for so long ever before and that was thrilling. We both gained so much more confidence in our riding abilities. Riding through the dunes and beaches were unforgettable memories and not something that everyone has the pleasure to experience. We feel so blessed by this experience.

The riding was the best thing for me , then the yoga and food.

The location is so peaceful, the staff are so accommodating. You can structure the schedule to your liking.

J'ai passé une semaine merveilleuse, avec de magnifiques chevaux arabes, dans un riad authentique (mention spéciale pour les patios et terrasses décorés avec beaucoup de goût par Noura), avec une vue fantastique et situé seulement à quelques minutes à pied de la côte sauvage. Passionnée de photographie, les paysages autour du riad sont très inspirants. Je suis venue seule et j'ai rencontré dans mon groupe des personnes intéressantes et adorables avec qui je suis restée en contact. Le site est très ressourçant à l’écart du tourisme de masse, et la cuisine marocaine de Soukaina très goûteuse, généreuse et variée.

Anas, notre guide pour la semaine est une personne géniale, plein de gentillesse de générosité et de professionnalisme, grâce à lui j'ai passé de super moments à cheval. Sa capacité à combiner équitation et yoga a créé une expérience unique et inoubliable. Ses conseils étaient attentionnés et bienveillants, aidant chacun à se sentir à l'aise et connecté à la nature. Que ce soit à cheval ou pendant les séances de yoga, sa patience, sa faculté d’adaptation et ses compétences sont très appréciables. Il a pris de nombreuses photos et vidéos de nos chevauchées sur la plage et dans la montagne, ce qui nous laissent de merveilleux souvenirs.

Je suis revenue ressourcée et épanouie. Objectif atteint !

I loved the variety of horses I got to ride and the places we travelled. I especially enjoyed cantering on the beach with Spirit! All the food was amazing, and they catered for me as a vegetarian which I greatly appreciated. Everyone was so kind and friendly, it felt like I'd been welcomed into the family! The animals were well cared for, they all had their own personalities.

I was lucky enough to ride with Noura and Anas, both were great. You could see how much they care for the horses and they invested time in making us feel welcome. The rest of the team at the riad were amazing too, we got to know them all, which made it very sad to leave this lovely bunch of people.

The sunsets over the ocean each night were nice.

The new public relations man Abdul was helpful for the various needs all the guests had (although not present often enough).

Riad and ranch are located approximately 1h drive from Agadir near empty, wild and beautiful beaches. The taxi driver was very friendly, although we did have a language barrier, he tried to teach some Arabic and Berber words.

Riad is very cozy and authentic, located near the beach. Nights are quiet, you can hear only waves of the ocean and see the stars! In the morning you get to wake up to the singing of roosters, dogs, and donkies which I found amazing. The atmosphere in riad was welcoming, staff was very friendly to me! Every evening we enjoyed delicious dinners adjusted to possible food restrictions/ preferences.

Horse riding was a beautiful experience in these landscapes! The horses are very nice and easygoing. Anas, our guide in horseback riding and yoga, was very friendly and kind person. Stretching/ functional mobility type yoga was great to balance body after riding.

There were many organised trips throughout the week e.g. to paradise valley, national park, Agadir souk, hammam, and camel riding.

I was very well taken care of during the week and as a solo traveller I felt very safe.

The Horse riding, yoga and trips out were taken by Anas I can honestly say he is the most caring, patient, hard working, valuable member of this ranch. All staff at the Riad couldn't do enough for you and made every guest in our group feel special. The food was outstanding throughout. A few issues with the hot water but were sorted out immediately. The horses were beautifully kept by mainly Anas who showed deep kindness in what he does. Nora (owner) had great fun with us on the last evening. I was very sorry to leave. The yoga was just what we needed every time after a long ride to stretch out those sore limbs. Anas, Abdol, Caberra, Omar, Zachariah (sorry about spelling) were the ones who made this trip as special as it was, as well as the lovely group of people I met whilst there. As a solo woman I was apprehensive about going, but I really did not want to leave this magnificent place nor the people.

These are perhaps the best rides you can take anywhere in the world. The horses were of top quality, very responsive and well taken care of. The views were amazing and provide a lot of opportunities for photographs. The food was Moroccan and locally prepared and was a very high quality. Overall, this is the best horse excursion that I have been on. 🙂🏇 Noura and Floran are super. They are just rare individuals and they do a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who really wants to experience life.

Spending a week at Nora and Floran's riad near Agadir was an experience I’ll never forget. As a young woman traveling solo and looking to reconnect with my love for horses, I was thrilled to find a place that felt both adventurous and safe. The riad itself was cozy and inviting, with stunning ocean views and a peaceful vibe that made it the perfect escape from daily life.

The horseback riding was incredible. Anas, our guide, was amazing—super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to everyone’s needs. Whether we were galloping along the wide beach of Douira or hiking in the breathtaking Paradise Valley, every moment felt like a dream. The horses were beautiful and well-trained, making it easy to feel comfortable even after years away from riding.

The food was a highlight! Every meal at the riad was a feast of Moroccan flavors, and one day, we had lunch in a small fisherman’s village. Eating freshly caught, perfectly cooked fish with the sound of the waves in the background was unforgettable.

The program also included a relaxing massage and hammam session in Agadir, which was the perfect way to unwind after an active week. Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Riad war eine sehr schöne Erfahrungen. Der Ort ist ein wahres Paradies, umgeben von atemberaubender Natur, endlosen Stränden und einer friedlichen Atmosphäre, die sofort zur Entspannung einlädt.

Die Ausritte waren für mich das absolute Highlight. Die Routen führten uns an traumhaften Stränden entlang, durch Dünen und sogar ins Wasser. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, wie individuell auf jeden Gast eingegangen wurde – ob Anfänger oder erfahrener Reiter, jeder konnte die Ausflüge in vollen Zügen genießen. Auch die kulturellen Ausflüge, wie ins Paradise Valley oder auf den Markt in Agadir, waren hervorragend organisiert und boten spannende Einblicke in das Leben und die Traditionen Marokkos.

Die Mitarbeiter des Riads haben den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Ihre Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit waren außergewöhnlich. Ein großes Dankeschön geht besonders an Jamal und Anass, die mit ihrer herzlichen Art immer ein Lächeln auf die Gesichter der Gäste gezaubert haben und dafür gesorgt haben, dass sich jeder rundum wohlfühlt.

Das Riad selbst ist wunderschön. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll und authentisch eingerichtet, die Dachterrasse lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein, und das Essen war einfach köstlich – frisch zubereitet und voller marokkanischer Aromen.

Ich kann dieses Retreat jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe, Natur und Abenteuer sucht. Es war eine Woche voller unvergesslicher Erlebnisse,

From the breathtaking horse rides along the beach at sunrise and sunset 🐴☀️, to galloping for the first time and connecting with the beauty of nature. Swimming in the serene Paradise Valley 🏞️, enjoying delicious traditional tagines by the water 🍴, and being welcomed like family everywhere I went.

This trip was a perfect blend of adventure, serenity, and cultural immersion—from magical ocean views , to moments of laughter and connection with amazing people. I came as a beginner rider and left galloping with confidence.

This trip was terrific...from the welcoming, friendly, and helpful team, to the amazing landscapes, to the horses, we enjoyed our time at Agadir Ranch and would recommend it as a destination for horse riding holidays. We rode through such diverse and interesting areas; the experience exposed us to the varying and picturesque scenery that is Morocco. The horses were superb - and made each day a pleasure. Noura and Annis were experienced, helpful, and enjoyable guides to ride with, and along with the rest of the staff at Agadir Ranch we were delighted to spend our time with them - thank you, everyone!

My first time in Marocco and loved it. Beautiful area for horseriding, photography, very nice and welcoming people and great food. The riad is a lovely place in a quiet area. No mass tourism here ❤️. If you like to relax, love horseriding and enjoy exploring nature and cultures a great experience.

Beautiful beach destination. Picked up from the airport no extra charges. Felt very safe as on a solo holiday. Horse riding every day to different places. My wish came true I rode a few times that week on the beach. Yoga every day helped with my aches and pains. The horse riding instructor was very experienced and helped me feel confident riding each day. He was also our guide and was very helpful and considerate. The food was wonderful always plenty to eat and beautifully presented. All the trips were very good as described. The massage was amazing and I enjoyed the massive market. Every day was well organised we were all treated like one big family. If we needed anything they would take us to the shops by taxi. My accommodation was excellent ground floor French windows looking out to the sea. Very comfortable and clean. We were also taken to a safari park one day. And the amazing paradise valley in the atlas mountains where you can swim have lunch and a fish spa.But I still had horse riding every day for 2 hours, beaches desert sometimes at sunset. Also swimming with the horses. A 1 hour camel ride which was great fun. Between the raid and the seats beautiful sands with donkeys and goats walking past. The horses were beautiful and well trained. Floren and Noura I thank you for creating a magical holiday for me

As its a bit out of the way so the pick up and drop off service was great. Very efficient and able to get a taxi into town from the owners for some vino, bring some duty free. Amazing beach setting and food plentiful and tasty. Great pool and very clean. Horses and trips organised well and Anas did individualised Yoga daily, always checking on my welfare, thanks. Rita cooked varied meals ensuring my preferences were catered for. The whole team treated me like a friend and respectfully. I was lucky to be with other travellers and we all got on and great communal meals. Floran and Noura are a great laugh and very attentive, surprising me with a sunset camel ride and trip to a nature reserve. SEE YOU ALL AGAIN I AM SURE.

The transfer service was exceptional taking me directly to the Riad within an hour from Agadir airport. Upon arrival I was greeted by Floran, Norah and all the other guests. It was a wonderful welcome and the beginning of what was to become an amazing adventure. Delicious food awaited, lovingly prepared by Rita, and it was very well received after a long day travelling. Our itinerary was prepared and sent the night before by Floran. We had Yoga and horse riding with Mr Anass who was the most patient, considerate and caring person. Very skilled and cared very much that you were comfortable and having a great experience. I’m a beginner horse rider but was very pleased getting into a trot a lot of the time whilst riding along the beach, this has been a dream of mine for such a long time and to finally achieve it is just wonderful. The yoga was very effective at relieving my aching back after such a lot of riding. The visit to the Hammam and the massage was such a fab experience! The time overall passed very quickly as always things to do and see . Was also great to have time relaxing by the pool reading a book. I’m nearly at my word quota 😆 but to sum up, an incredible experience, meeting wonderful like minded people , eating the most fabulous food and incredible hosts whose sole aim was to make sure you had the best time! The food was very good. Everyday for lunch and dinner was impressive and you never went hungry. The staff, particularly Anass, his brother and Rita were very attentive, patient and kind. The main Riad was beautiful and the beach was

stunning. If you are planning on going here, it's a good idea to pick up duty free or any soft drinks from the airport as the location is quite remote.

I was collected from the airport very efficiently. I was greeted at the Riads and given a delicious supper. Everyone was incredibly friendly. My bedroom was large with a beautiful en suite. I had a large balcony with exceptional sea views. Everyday I had yoga by the pool which really helped relieve my tired muscles. Mr Anass was so kind and helpful. I rode my favourite horse which I renamed Black Beauty who was full of life and great fun. I swam with the horses which was fabulous. I visited a local national park and saw ostriches, boars, gazelles and antelopes. I had a hammam massage and visited an enormous souk. Everyday I had completely delicious meals which were incredibly generous. I was so lucky to have Mr Anass as my guide as nothing was too much trouble for him, a really nice gentleman. The sunset rides were very special. I also rode a camel which was a lovely surprise. I visited a beautiful oasis and had lunch at a table in the water with fish kissing my feet! My holiday was a wonderful experience and I’m so glad I did it.

Meine Erwartung wurde alle übertroffen. Ich hatte eine richtig schöne Woche, das Team ist unglaublich nett und man fühlt sich direkt wie zuhause. Ich hatte Anas als Reit- und Yoga Lehrer. Beides war wirklich super. Er ist auf jeden sehr individuell eingegangen und ich konnte viel dazu lernen. Die Pferde sind toll und gut in Form. Das essen war immer frisch gekocht und sehr sehr lecker. So wie ich mir marrokansiches essen vorgestellt habe, einfach toll.

Sejour merveilleux avec des magnifiques promenades en cheval à la mer sur une plage sauvage avec notre guide Anass, un excellent professionnel de l’équitation et aussi prof de yoga. Anass est très patient et connaît bien les chevaux et j’ai beaucoup appris avec lui juste en quelques jours. Le programme est très complet et les propriétaires du riad, Noura et Florian, des personnes extraordinaires qui gèrent cela avec dedication et amour. Les repas étaient aussi un vrai bonheur ; cuisine marocaine faite maison avec des bons produits frais. Nous avons adoré et nous reviendrons !

This is a great trip for fit riders with a sense of adventure! The remote location and traveling by horse provides a unique opportunity to discover Agadir and the surrounding area you just wouldn’t get any other way. Noura is a fantastic equestrian and trainer. I felt very fortunate to have her as our guide, her relationships in the community and knowledge and love for her horses were obvious. I had the opportunity to ride Sultan and Ocean, and they were both wonderfully trained and a joy to ride. They were responsive and brave, and really seemed to enjoy the adventure themselves. We had many fast gallops along the beach and through the desert, the fitness and attitude of the horses was impeccable each day. I have done many ridding holidays, and I would consider these horses to be some of the best and most fun I’ve encountered. The horses and scenery were really the selling feature for me of this trip, and it delivered. Beyond that, the food was incredible and accommodations beautiful. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and honestly met some of nicest and coolest other women on this trip. Bring layers for changing weather and remember covering up is the best sun protection!

The food was good and everyone was very friendly. Very relaxing and peaceful. Plan was sent each day which was nice.

Very varied environment to ride through. Comfortable gallops in sand dunes and beaches! Strong horses that got the extra energy for long gallops also at end of long days. Well trained horses, easy to control even though they were all stallions. Great accomodation, good beds all nights. Lots of food, no expenses at all during the week. The hammam with massage the last day was absolutely wonderful! Swimming pool at all locations. We went mid-July, and the temperature was far better than feared, nice winds that made the rides wonderful!

We were welcomed by Floran and Noura on the first night and got to meet the other guests taking part in our week, everyone was lovely and this really made the trip special. Staff are all chatty, easy going and you feel relaxed asking for whatever you need.

The horse riding on the beach was stunning, as a beginner, I was expecting some sort of lesson, but you have to ask questions, Annas was absolutely brilliant and I always felt safe with him. On day 3 we were galloping on the beach, I would say some prior experience on a horse is handy and a basic level of fitness as you are on the horses for an hour a day at least. Other parts of the day consisted of stretching, day trips to nearby activities and a traditional massage and hammam on the final day. The week ended with a local band performing at the riad, they really try to make the experience fun and entertaining! The food is made fresh and there is a lot of it! I would say if you want structured lessons and firm daily itinerary, this isn't the place for you, go in with an open mind, relax in to the Moroccan timing of things and go with the flow!

I have never horse ridden before - don’t expect proper lessons; you get on and hope for the best. However, I found this exhilarating and the horses are, on the whole, very well behaved. By day three I was galloping. The scenery is gorgeous, it was and extraordinarily wholesome adventure. We had many excursions including a day in the mountains (bring extra cash - you have to pay for any additional drinks and tips are a BIG thing in Morocco). We went to an Ostrich and Gazelle farm which was random but different to my normal Wednesday afternoon. A hammam at the end of the week to scrub you clean and relax with a massage (you are completely nude with your fellow travellers) and a traditional Moroccan band to finish on the Friday evening. It was a full on but so so so much fun! I LOVED it. Plenty of food but again if you have any dietary requirements, you’re not really catered for; I’m vegetarian and had to fish out any vegetables involved in various meat Tagines. Food was delicious and there was an abundance of it. There is only water, tea and coffee provided. There is a small shop about a 5-10 min walk away so if you want something else bring Dirhams.

I had great fun fast gallops with Annas which was what I was hoping for . Unfortunately my partner did not get what we expected as he was a beginner and only explained when we were on the programme that his needs could not be met,

The hosts, Floran and Noura, are very kind and open, trying to create a family like environment at their Riad. Every single person there is very hard working and a pleasure to get to know. They try very hard to give their guests the very best experience they can and it shows.

I had a wonderful week at the riad, doing daily stretches, riding horses and many other activities that they arrange for you. They make sure to feed you lots of great food and are always asking for your feedback on your experiences. During my stay I've got to meet so many wonderful people and even learn a little bit of French and Arabic. I really got immersed into a wonderful experience and enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Horses are beautiful and well taken care of and everyone is very accommodating.

My only recommendation is to arrive open minded and flexible, this way you can really experience their culture and different way of doing things but don't be afraid to speak up, they really do care what you have to say.

Just to note, they are listed as beginner friendly, but after riding several of their horses I would say they have very few true beginner horses. This is most likely to them being stallions. To get most out of this trip, I would recommend having some riding experience prior, especially if you want to do lots of galloping.

I already recommended this trip to others and hope to come back once I get more experience to do the longer trek.

It’s hard to put into words, what my experience was like. I was challenged, delighted, well fed, and surprised each day. Everyone at the ranch is unique and special, and the Riyadh’s too. I’m leaving this experience with 10 new phone numbers in my WhatsApp. New friends 💖.

Youness was an amazing guide. He is as spirited and alive as the amazing Berber Arabian horses, He looked out for me and made sure I was always safe and having an amazing time. The gallops we did were the most incredible… Through mountains and deserts and beaches and forests and villages in between.

Noura & Floran are incredible. They were kind and big hearted people who checked in daily to make sure I was happy.

Ibrahim who assists at the ranch is a special soul who welcomed me with warmth and deep and hilarious conversations.

Mehdi was a total sweetheart who made me feel right at home with all the tea and pillows I could ever need :)

The taxi driver, Mohammed spoke very little English, but had the most amazing spirit about him, and we laughed often & rocked out to Moroccan music together.

I liked the small group. I liked the weather and views around the sea. When the horses behaved, I liked cantering on the beach. I really liked the place we stayed the second night. I liked a lot of the food. I liked the extra activities (visiting an herb garden and a hamman).

A fantastic way to explore the country, every day was different. Different scenery, different places to see, eat and sleep. It was wonderful. It is a lot of riding in the sun, so be prepared to be tired! Thankfully they're all very accommodating, so when some people needed to take a break from riding, it was not a problem to arrange alternatives for them. I went as a solo female traveller and never felt unsafe. The accommodations are simple but more than comfortable and the food was always fresh and warm - exactly what is needed after a full day in the saddle. The horses are all lovely with their own personalities and quirks of course. However, they are all stallions with their specific friendships and enemies, so some distances need to be respected! Spending ~2-3days at a time with only two small saddle packs, leaving our luggage behind, was actually quite fun to have the full, simple life, stripped-back, camping bare essentials journey. Fresh socks top priority! I would definitely do it again.

I was not sure what to expect of this holiday -it was the first time that I had tried a horse-back riding holiday, a holiday with a group and also the first time to Morocco. It turned out wonderfully. The hosts (especially Brahim!) were wonderful and it was a great adventure. The accommodations were simple but comfortable and the food was tremendous. It was great to ride with a small group and awesome to see the various terrain. Everyone was very flexible and able to accommodate changes as needed. I was able to also ride a camel and take a surfing lesson near by. Overall we were well taken care of and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of.

If you love to ride and become acquainted with new cultures this is the place for you. Ride a Berber Arabian across the sand and beaches, galloping like you have never galloped before. Rides are generally 4-6 hours. If you don’t have the stamina, you can do the beginners path and ride closer to the Riad, and maybe do a little yoga. The people running the vacation are about the nicest you will ever meet, and the food is fantastic. Do note that if you go on the intermediate/advanced ride you will spend the night in different location - all are wonderful. I feel like I really experienced Morocco and what it’s like to live in this rugged land (I’m from the US-Chicago). I really can’t say enough good things. They will help you with anything, just ask. Crepes and other dishes every morning for breakfast, tanjines and other Moroccan delicacies for lunch and dinner. It is an exceptional value for the money spent. I went with some friends and made new ones there. One of my best holidays ever, was sad to leave.

I loved everything. I suggest that if you have a question ask, don’t assume. While they do speak English, French and Arabic are the most used, so it may take a minute to make sure you are all on the same page. Everyone there wants you to have a great time and I found them to be very accommodating, really going above and beyond to make sure you are happy

The accommodations were always clean and comfortable. Also, I always felt safe and as a woman traveling alone, that was important. I have spent a lot of time on the horses (it was at least 5/6 hours everyday and 20-35km, with a lot of galloping and trotting). It was quite tough on the body: everything hurt after the first day already.

The food was amazing (quantity and quality). Ibrahim was very friendly and made the whole thing very nice! Youness was also an attentive guide and a very nice person to spend time with! He also explained some things about the Berber life and we shared some good moments. He adapted to me when I was needing a break.

The landscapes are really nice!

They could adapt the programme considering I was very tired after the first days and I could have a break and switch things around.

I have wanted to go on a horseback riding holiday for a long time and was so glad that I did, even if it meant travelling solo. I was greeted at the airport and was taken care of immediately. I met 3 other amazing women and we hit it off right from the start which made the holiday even more enjoyable. Our guides, Noura and Youness were relaxed and laid back once they got to know us and our riding abilities. The food which was typical Moroccan cuisine, was amazing. We never knew what we were going to eat but it was always fresh and very tasty. Eating breakfast outside with an ocean view was a treat. The rides were varied, the ones on the beach being my favourites, a real dream come true for me.

I liked the program incredibly much. Noura, Floran and the whole team put a lot of passion and love into the program and warmly welcomed me into their family.

Ride: The horseback riding trips lasted between 1.5 and 3 hours and were very varied (sea, dunes, mountains). Youness is an excellent rider and guide who also gave me lots of good tips. The allocation of horses was perfectly tailored to my riding level. I had the opportunity to ride different horses. The horses are very well trained and super sweet and balanced (no fear of dogs, motorcycles, cars, etc.). I was also allowed to clean and shower the horses.

Yoga: The yoga classes took place mostly on the terasse, once in the Paradise Valley and once on the beach. The content was very varied and always adapted to my level. AD is a great yoga teacher with lots of experience in Hatha, Flow, Acro and Pranayama. She creates a super nice atmosphere, especially with her cheerful and warm nature.

Excursions went to: Paradise Valley, Souss Massa National Park, Agadir-Souk and Hammam. So, I could learn about the country and the culture. Mostly, I was driven by Mohammed, who is incredibly nice and funny. We turned on Arabic or Berber music and talked in French and with our hands and feet. We both had a lot of fun with him teaching me a few words of Arabic.

Accommodation: I stayed in the Riads Ocean View and Sahara Sunset. Both riads have a very enchanting charm. I also had the chance to look at different rooms at Riad Sahra Sunset.

This was a very special holiday for me, a Moroccan adventure on horseback, an opportunity to see some wild & varied landscapes, enjoy local culture & sample delicious Moroccan cuisine every day.

I was lucky to be in a group with 3 other wonderful ladies & we enjoyed each others company very much, riding together, sharing meals together & becoming holiday buddies and travel companions.

Our guides, Noura & Youness, were brilliant, & when they took the time to chat & relax with the group we all felt more comfortable & had more fun together. But on a couple of the days it felt like we just got on the horses & followed behind the guide with little interaction, conversation or understanding of what the plan for the day was (despite 2 of us in the group speaking fluent French).

The riding, for the most part, was excellent. It was actually a dream come true for me to spend 6 days in the saddle, hacking across wild territories, galloping on the beach and cantering along river valleys. The riding got better towards the end of the week, perhaps as the guides had more confidence in our abilities & allowed us a little more freedom with our horses, more beach gallops etc. The ride at sunset was stunning & getting caught in a sandstorm added an element of adventure like no other! The trek over the mountains was spectacular, but I was disappointed that it was not the 'Paradise Valley' I had imagined from the pictures I saw online - no opportunities for swimming in wild pools.

This trip offers you wonderful and diverse views (desert, ocean, river valley, mountains). Each day is different allowing you to see how real people live in Morocco. Food is very tasty (especially the one prepared in the riad).

All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Noura perfectly knows the routes and places wort seeing. Horses are in good condition and reliable. You don't need to worry as there are different ones that will be perfectly chosen to meet your needs and riding experience.

Great horse riding experience I have just had the most amazing 8 days with Noura and Floran, enjoying their horse riding and yoga programme. you will not find more generous, helpful and genuinely caring hosts than Noura (Wonder Woman) and Floran. My programme was a combination of rides of various lengths with the smiling Ali. He is so nice that will make every horseback riding so amazing. Then daily yoga lessons with the best teacher you can have, AD. She is so joyful that will hit you with her energy and laughter. Excursions to places and activities of interest – including a visit to a Hamman for a body scrub and massage and a trip to the vast and fascinating paradise valley and the secret pools. The experience of riding into the desert and on the long Beach at sunset is breathtaking. A special mention to my sweet Madam who will serve you delicious foods and will really spoil you❤️

I went to Agadir alone without knowing what to expect. But everything was perfectly organized, I always knew who would pick me up and what would happen. Everyone from the team, who participated in the organization of the stay, was very kind and friendly to me. The riding itself (as for a girl from Europe) was a unique experience and it was really interesting to get to know this piece of Morocco from the saddle. The program is designed so that every day is different, but nice people and great food accompanied me throughout my stay :-)

Value for the money

The riding was fantastic especially along the beaches. You can tell the horses are well looked after and trained which definitely added to the experience.

This trip was one of the most beautiful experiences i have had. From the moment we were welcomed into the house untill the moment we left it felt like we were taken care of as family. The programme is beautiful you get to see some parts of Morocco that i would have never found myself. The horses are well taken care of and lovely to ride. The tracks that they picked out for us were beautiful and you get to have enough rest in between to have a nice local lunch on the way and end your day with dinner at the location you are sleeping at. Aside from the horse back rinding being amazing, you can see that the people that hosted us see this as more than just a business, they genuinely care about you. Aside from that found them to be very flexible and they always try to give you the best experience. I will definitely come back whenever i can and i hope many people can have an as nice and wonderful stay as i got to have.

The trip was amazing. We stayed in beautiful local riads with excellent moroccan food. The horses are well trained and easy to handle but fast and forward going. I was travelling alone and felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Noura is a great and experienced guide who cares about her horses and her guests. The landscape was amazing. The trip offers a lot of varieties. From the mountains to agriculture landscapes and forests up to the endless and lonely beaches of the atlantic. On the last day they invited me to a hammam where I got relaxing bathes, peelings and massage so that I came home totally relaxed and happy.

We had the most amazing time, the food was excellent and the people were incredibly friendly. Everything was thought of and we didn’t have to worry about anything throughout the entire holiday. I travelled alone and there weren't any people who booked the trip besides me, so i did the whole trip on my own with Noura.

Noura was the best guide you could ask for. She was calm, funny, kind, and knew the horses and landscape perfectly. We felt so safe touring with her as our leader! She is well-known in Morocco, so you get to meet many amazing locals along the way and share tea, meals, and stories with them in between riding. I am a foodie and let me tell you the food was delicious and always home-cooked Moroccan fare (better than the food I had at expensive restaurants in Marrakech). We got to try every single traditional dish, thanks to Noura’s careful planning and expertise! I feel like I have a better understanding of Morocco and feel like I have friends to come back and visit because Noura makes sure you feel at home throughout the experience. The horses were beautiful Arabian Berber mixed stallions. They were powerful, well-behaved, and well taken care of (and I’ve done many horse treks in Spain, Canada, and Mongolia). I don’t think there is a better way to see the Atlas Mountains and southern coast of Morocco. From the dunes to the wild beaches to the mountains, the landscape was breath-taking and unforgettable. This was one of my best vacations of all time and now I’m just trying to figure when I can visit Noura and Florian at Agadir Ranch next!

It was great to communicate directly with Noura & Florián. When Ryan Air rescheduled our flight from Saturday to Sunday, it was no problem to them to re organise the week for us.

We were met as promised at the airport.

We were treated like guests rather than clients. Omar was like a personal guide. He was likeable and I felt like I was amongst friends.

The chef was always busy and never looked stressed. The food was great and there was plenty of it. Also the fresh fish from the fish restaurant on the beach was amazing.

The horseback riding was amazing. A unique experience. My riding is much improved and every day out was an exhilarating adventure.

The other activities that were organised for us where also good. Omar took us to the nearby campsite to lie by the pool and that was great. People there friendly, the food and service good. Nice pool to lie beside.

Our trip to the game reserve was great and once again I felt like I was a traveller amongst friends.

I also loved being so close to the beach and swim in the sea.

I loved getting up and doing yoga on the rooftop every morning. The yoga instructor was brilliant - My yoga is improved thanks to her teaching.

Noura was very helpful, she tried to find solutions as issues arose and there were many. The host were we stayed were warm, welcoming and kind. The country is beautiful, although some popular coastal areas aren't cared for as one might expect with litter everywhere.

I booked this trip after reading all the reviews, so my expectations were already very high. Still, I was blown away by the scenery, and the trust and respect that the guide had in our horsemanship abilities. We walked, of course, but also trotted, cantered and full-out galloped along some of the most amazing and varied landscapes imaginable. On my trip, we had 3 days point to point where everything we needed had to fit in saddlebags, so pack light. It's Morocco, so you need to go with the flow and take each day as the amazing day it is. You won't be disappointed. Also, don't forget your sunscreen and use it everywhere. A sunburn on day 1 is no joke. :-)

I really enjoyed this holiday and I am so happy that I found it. The horses were extremely well behaved and very comfortable to ride. The landscapes and the nature were amazing and there were a lot of additional activities, like going to the hammam and the souk. We stayed in the beginning of the stay in a little fisher village and also stayed one night in a local house which really was a unique experience. All in all, an amazing trip, thanks to the whole team!

Noura and Floran are very kind and welcoming people, I was traveling solo (female) and I felt safe and completely taken care of. The riad in Tifnit is an amazing place with beautiful ocean views right by your window and excellent food and activities. I had morning yoga sessions with Shayenne which were great, horseback riding with Muhammed in the beaches and dunes and two full day riding trips with Noura. The full day trips were challenging as I am not an experienced rider, but it was a wonderful adventure with breathtaking views!

Noura and Floran are lovely hosts, very welcoming. The trip was unforgettable and authentic, very well planed. I ate very well and slept comfortably during the whole trip!

This holiday was the perfect introduction to yoga and Morocco.

I started my instruction in horse riding with Karim (4 days) and Nora (1 day).

Karim taught me the foundations of horse riding. I felt very comfortable on Atlas (my horse) and quickly gained confidence.

By the time I went riding with Nora on day 4, I was galloping! Karim and Nora were excellent instructors.

I also booked yoga which took place before breakfast close to the beach. My yoga instructor Sheyanne was patient and experienced in her practice.

The staff at the Raid were warm and very efficient. Typical Moroccan food was really delicious.

We had opportunities to visit Morocoan places including Paradise Valley, Nature Reserve (which has Axel and Ostriches) and the Souk.

But the horse riding was top for me.

We took a day or so to get used to being in a completely different environment, but once we had got our head around that, we loved it. The beaches were fantastic and the horse riding and yoga was good. There was never a dull moment. I'm not a horse rider, but Florin was keen to keep me occupied with other adventures.

Holidays are as much about people as places and the people we meet on holiday were an absolute delight and made our holiday extra special.

I loved this adventure from start to finish. Noura and Floran are truly lovely and welcoming people. Their ranch is beautiful and you can tell how much effort they put into it all. The program (8 day riding program) is very thought through and shows Morocco from a very authentic and natural side. Every day is different from the other and offers varied landscapes from beach over sand dunes, and forests to mountains. It even includes a traditional hammam, massage and souk visit in Agadir. I didn’t know at all what I should expect beforehand but I can tell you to just lay back, all is very well organized and every day a new highlight. The people you meet along the way are so unbelievably kind and welcoming. The horses are in excellent shape, very well taken care of, calm and powerful and beautiful. I did this trip on my own and always felt very safe. If your are hesitant - just go ahead and book and you will not regret it!

I booked one week of hiking and one week of yoga and riding in the hotel. Both was excellent! Unforgettable, safe and excellent value for your money.

Noura and Floran are just great, very hospitable, the most interesting company and excellent horse(wo)men.

The best part were the horses - unbelievably tough and also very pretty. Most of them Arab-Berb. All stallions. Very friendly, well trained and in excellent condition. Most German horses would be lasagna after only day hiking. But the horses of Noura and Floran were happy to have a little race with each other in the desert on day 4… They are also extremely sure-footed (we did some impressive climbing both in the mountains and in the dunes) and generally easy to ride. They hardly spook. Barking dogs, surfboards, parasols, quads - not even the smallest reaction. I wish the horses I ride at home were half as reliable.

I was really concerned about the standard of animal welfare and was very happy with what I found. Hooves + teeth great and coat shiny. Fed properly. The foot tether they use during the hikes was strange at first, but the horses don’t mind it. At the ranch they have nice boxes with super clean wood shavings. Noura has a really nice riding stile (not like the most guides in Morocco). The bits are snaffle bits 👍🏻.

The food was excellent. I’m a vegetarian and it wasn’t a problem at all. All very healthy. My personal highlight was Latifas Beach House. Close second was Nouras Couscous.

- Atlas, my perfect horse for the week, Noura knows exactly how to match rider and steed and as the most inexperienced of the group (I've been having weekly lessons in London for about 6 months) I really pushed myself to do lots of cantering, at some points taking the lead with Atlas, and actually enjoying myself .... called it a win that I didn't fall off over the week and my riding was accelerated for the experience of being with a group of highly skilled riders

- the company, everyone associated with the stables (Florin, Noura, Ouma, Madi) and my weekly group (I travelled on my own and made new friends with 3 other wonderful women ... we were each there with our own little mission in addition to the riding, and it was a truly magical experience .... thank you for the riding, love and memories, Charlotte, Natalie and Isabel)

- yoga with Olya ... a fabulous morning stretch after hours in the saddle

- the FOOD. I don't eat meat, dairy or gluten and am also VERY fussy. I'll admit, I was very nervous ....but the meals at the ranch were incredible ... delicious and nutritious (there were only a couple of meals at the hotel I struggled with ... if you're fussy, best to pack plenty of snacks and all will be well). I didn't once get a dodgy tummy. In fact, now I'm back in London, I'm missing the yummy communal meals at the ranch.

The weather was perfect for riding, sunny but not sweltering.

I enjoyed the variation this riding holiday gave. If you're looking for various terrains to ride along (beaches, sand dunes, mountains) on beautiful horses, then this is what you will get for sure! Plenty of opportunities to gallop which was lovely. The opportunities to eat at the Ranch were the nicest as it provided a warm atmosphere, almost family like where jokes and music were shared also not forgetting Noura's cooking which is healthy, wholesome and plentiful!

We were given a lovely guide Rokaya, to take us around various places when not horse riding who was knowledgeable, fun and a beautiful spirit all round.

At first I was a bit hesitant to book a riding holiday in morocco as a single travelling female, but I was not disappointed! From the very beginning noura and Floran made me feel very welcome and safe.

They have a small stable which is designed with great love for details and care very well for their horses. It is different from Europe, but I found no fault with how the animals were treated.

I took a 6 day vacation and while I was alone they were very flexible with the options and did everything to make the trip unforgettable for me. I stayed at the mountains for two days, had a one day break in agadir (went to the spectacular souk with their guide Mohamed, who is awesome!) and took a three day ride through the national park and Sahara desert. The accommodations on the way ranged from hotel with oasis, a camping ground with a Berber tent to a night with the locals, who were so open and friendly. It is a truly immersive trip where you learn much about the country and it’s people, all while enjoying great scenery and lovely horses.

I have just had the most amazing week enjoying a 6-day horse riding and yoga programme. Before I say anything about the activities, please let me first tell you that you will not find more generous, helpful and genuinely caring hosts than Noura and Floran.

My week was a combination of rides of various lengths, daily yoga lessons and excursions to places and activities of interest – including a visit to a Hamman and a trip to the vast and fascinating souk in Agadir.

But it is the horses and the riding that I was there for, and the experience of riding on the vast local Banana Beach at sunset is breathtaking. Couple this with a full day of riding into the desert, where you get to experience the true wilderness of Morocco, and you get an idea of the variety of this programme.

Ranch Acienda is a delight in itself. Constructed of all things natural, traditional and beautiful, the stables sit just feet from the table where you get to share in Noura’s cuisine. As you enjoy tagines full of goodness and flavour, surrounded by pots of flowers and Moroccan cushions and drapes, you hear the horses chomp though their feed, whinnying contentedly. Magical.

I arrived at the ranch too much of a novice to take part in the other programme available – a 5 or 6 day, point-to-point trek through mountains and desert. But I have come home determined to get the instruction I need to make that trip possible. I will be going back.

Everything was amazing, the horses were well-trained had endurance and were responsive. Noura was a great guide, she made sure we had a good time and checked frequently if everything was okay for us. We had 3 persons out of 4 with a vegetarien diet, which was catered for perfectly. And the food was super tasty and plenty! Everywhere we went we first got Moroccan tea, and the hosts of the places we slept were very welcoming. Also the scenery with mountains, beaches and desert was breathtaking. Would highly recommend! Do take into account you sometimes have to take your overnight clothes and toiletry in your saddlebags. It is nice to have a spare plastic bag or something for that.

Noura is a unique person so as her husband Flouran. Great horse riding. Great vacation. Highly recommended!

Where do I start, it was a wonderful experience I'm still living it two weeks after and I'm sure it'll be a story to tell to friends, family and grand kids. Noura and Floran are lovely people they took me in as family we shared stories, life experiences and many laughs, I'm sure we've become lifelong friends. The tracks were really an experience, mountains, desert, sand dunes, sea shore, bush terrain and farms. Experiencing the real morocco and mixing with the locals and their way of life. The horse chosen for me suited my character and personality so we had a good chemistry in looking after each other. Noura is an excellent cook every time she comes up with an exotic dish that rivals the Michelin standard, I'm sure I added few kilos, but it was worth it.

I'm sure I'll be going back with friends and family, it's a real joy to spend time with Noura and Floran sharing a wonderful meal overlooked by curios horses surrounded by Skuba the dog and Jacob the cat in an authentic moroccan set up under the stars.

As soon as I saw the listing for this trip, having done much research, I knew it was the one for me and I wasn’t disappointed. It is a real adventure, taking in some wonderful locations, riding through very varied terrains and meeting some lovely people. The horses are beautifully trained, responsive and willing and immaculately cared for. And they also clearly enjoyed it as much as we did – particularly the gallops along the surf on the Atlantic –a dream fulfilled for me. Florian, Noura and Brahim were great hosts and a lot of fun – we had some very entertaining evenings together – if you go, be sure to ask Brahim about his jacket! Staying in Brahim’s home village in his sister’s house was a particularly wonderful welcome into a Morrocan home, but in fact every accommodation or lunch venue, Berber camp or village family, had its unique charm. Noura is a force of nature, excellent cook and no problem defeats her (as Floran neatly summed it up ‘In Morocco there is ALWAYS a solution!). I will surely be returning with friends and family as soon as this is possible again. Thank you for the best possible introduction to a wonderful country.

This was an amazing experience. To mention first, I am not an experienced rider. I would say I know the basics of riding but never really rode on my own more than just trotting. So I brought this to Noura if they thought I could come, because I was a little worried how I could handle a full week of riding, and they reassured me that they’d give me an adequate horse. I AM SO HAPPY I WENT!

It was honestly the best holiday and experience I’ve ever done.

Every day is different. You ride in the mountains, dessert, beach, forest... Noura and another guide called Brahim are super nice and genuine people who take care of you literally 24/7. Brahim translated everything to English and we had a lot of fun, sometimes literally crying out loud. Not to forget Florian that runs this program and is a really funny guy.

It’s an awesome program put together really smart to give the people the best of Morocco.

I loved every second of it and If I could I would have probably stayed forever haha.

There was one rider with me that wasn’t really polite, but I guess this just wasn’t his thing.

I honestly can’t say any bad thing-the horses were amazing, food was delicious, rides were stunning, overnight accommodation was beautiful each night, Noura and Brahim were just the cutest!

I feel so so grateful and I really wanna thank you guys for this week! You absolutely went out of your way to make everything the best it could be. I’m definitely gonna come back one day!

The scenery was stunning and varied. The opportunities for fast and long gallops in different locations were plentiful, but there was also time for laid back ambling and taking photos on narrow , winding mountain pathways, breathing in the pure air and marvelling at the breath taking views. As experienced and confident riders we were given a degree of freedom and autonomy which was refreshing on an organised riding trip. We passed through villages and along country lanes and were greeted with admiration and shy smiles by the locals riding their donkeys, sipping tea in cafes or carrying loads on their heads. I really bonded with my horse who was a complete pleasure to ride. He was strong, sure footed, steady and calm most of the time, but turned in to a supersonic superhero the moment I asked for a gallop. Noura, our guide, was amazing. She knows and loves her horses and remained cheerful, polite and patient throughout the week's trip dealing with anything that was thrown at her. Her assistant and English interpretor, Brahim was also a delight. I have never met such a gentle, kind and unassuming man. A special feature of this riding trip was the choice of local accommodation which made it a complete cultural experience. From a mountain retreat run by a local family, serving home grown and cooked food under the stars, to a Berber camp near the beach and Brahim's family home where we were welcomed by his sister, and were able to listen to him playing while his sister sang.

This was a wonderful way to see the varied and beautiful landscapes of Morocco, including mountains, desert and coastline. The chosen itinerary with this variety was a big highlight of the trip.

I also thought the holiday was perfect for integrating with local communities and people and to find out more about this side of Morocco, an experience which is often hard to find on an ordinary holiday! We stayed in some local people's houses and met lots of wonderful and friendly people along the way! I also really appreciated the hiring of another local guide who spoke English for the trip. He was able to give some really interesting insights into his own culture and the local area where we visited.

The horses were wonderful and Noura is clearly very passionate about the horses and their well being. She is also a very competent guide and quite unique in that she is the only female horse riding guide in Morroco. As I have not ridden regularly for quite a number of years I preferred to have a calmer horse and once we had been matched I found the holiday more relaxed and enjoyable.

We most enjoyed the interactions with locals and the restaurants and lodgings off the beaten path where you get a taste of real Moroccan life. You pass through some rather remote villages and are exposed to both Berber and Arab cultures. We had some very special experiences and conversations that can be hard to get as a tourist. The hostel in the mountains and the home stay were particularly wonderful, as were the welcoming and departing dinners at the ranch. The horses really love their work and are well-trained and looked after by Noura. Noura herself is highly competent, welcoming, genuine, and very generously shares her world with guests. There are many opportunities each day for long and fast gallops. This is an ideal ride for experienced, confident riders. The landscape changes throughout the trip, adding interest and variety. As English speakers, we appreciated that they brought on an additional guide who was fluent in Arabic, French, Berber, and English to ease communication.

I consider myself very lucky to find this trip on the internet by chance. Everything is really well thought to give you a full impression of the deep Morocco in its natural and still pure culture. It’s not a luxurious trip, it’s a life experience. First of all the horses are really well kept and train by Noura, who is already a very interesting and warm figure. Really strong and knows everything about the horses so you will be in good hands. You won’t be treated like a child but you will be well cared. And this trip is really for intermediate advanced riders. Not for beginners. Everyday is a different challenge, landscape, and people along the way but always good food and good bed to sleep, always good welcoming people after a day of riding . The route gives you the chance of knowing what you have seen in pictures or movies. Lauren, is very well cultured and before the trip can give you an idea of the value of what you will be encountering. Make sure you don’t carry too much stuff because your horse will be carrying it. Apart from what they recommend I would bring a pair of havaianas, some pencils or little goods for some children along the way, riding gloves and and an open heart . I strongly recommend this ! Enjoy!!!!

I thought the trip was well thought out with a mix of landscapes and different accomodation. The food was excellent. Transport was all on time and good. The horses great but it is for people who can ride.

Their horses are amazing and very well trained. Noura and Floran are very friendly and professional. They shared their passion for horses with so much love. I had the privilege to do the 6day-ride as a VIP (only me and Noura). I highly recommend Ranch hacienda Agadir.

From the moment that we arrived at the airport we were really good taken care of. There was a taxi ready for us that brought us to the ranch. We met with floran and Noura, the owners of the ranch. They were really kind and welcoming. We got to meet the horses right away. They looked really healthy and beautiful.

One thing that I loved about this trip was that we got to see so many different landscapes of Morocco; the mountains, the ‘piste’, the beach and a little bit of the desert.

The food was also great. Noura is a really good cook, and she always made sure that we had enough to eat. The food was also great at the hotels, the guest house and in the little village of Tifnit.

This is not a typical touristic holiday, and that is also what I loved about it. We got to meet real people who live in Morocco, spoke with them (even though our French or Arabic wasn’t great) and had a really good time with them.

Overall this trip was an amazing adventure and I will never forget the people, the horses and the amazing landscapes.

It was one of the best holidays I ever had. From the first moment I felt extremely welcome and was looked after like a princess. Noura's cooking is just out of this planet. And I am a really fuzzy person. Being used to the top hotels of the world. Even so all is very basic, it all is done with lots of passion and love. Love for people, culture, the environment and off course for the horses. The horses are one of the best trained and safest horses I have seen for a long time. Even in very difficult and challenging terrain they are always steady. Not once did they do a wrong move.

Noura, being the only female horse guide in Morocco, is very warm but at the same time has an inner strength that is just amazing. She just keeps on going each time the extra mile to make sure the guest and the horses are well looked after. Even if it means to walk two miles in the middle of the night to find water for the horses. Just exceptional.

Yes, and then the riding it self is every day something new and different. First through the Atlas mountains, visiting waterfalls and Oasis in the middle of nowhere. Just stunning riding and also challenging. So right down my alley. Then we had the contrast of long beaches and dessert with golden sand dunes and miles and miles nobody. Just incredible. The cantering along those wide areas of nothing is just out of this earth.
