Cannot recommend it highly enough.

From the moment we booked, Christina was fantastic. She provided all the information we needed, including directions, meal details, and answers to any questions we had. She made everything so easy and ensured we felt looked after throughout our stay.

The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all included, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

A huge thank you to Andreas, who was an exceptional guide. We were fortunate enough to have a private guide due to the season, which was perfect for our level of riding. He carried out a test ride on arrival to assess our ability and matched us with horses that suited our experience and personalities perfectly. The horses were amazing, beautifully cared for, responsive, and clearly very well loved.

We loved being able to ride at all paces, from relaxed walks to exciting trots, canters, and gallops. We were also given a choice of saddle and helmets were provided.

The highlight was undoubtedly riding through Mini Hollywood. Riding through a real film set on horseback was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that genuinely felt magical. It’s something we’ll never forget.

Thank you, Christina and Andreas, for an unforgettable holiday. We are still buzzing from the experience and will definitely be booking again. If you're considering this trip, do it—you won't regret it.

The location of the ranch is great - the views over the desert are amazing. Sunset and sunrise were particularly beautiful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and Cristina, the host, was very helpful in offering to pick us up from the town when we arrived. It was useful to have use of the kitchen and the self service breakfast was good.

Andres was a brilliant guide, he was very knowledgeable and showed us some interesting places in the desert. Exploring the landscape on horseback was really special.

My friend and I spent 3 days at the Ranch to experience the 'Tabernas is Western' riding holiday and it did not disappoint!

Before we even landed in the country Christina's customer service was exceptional. She was incredibly accommodating with the amendments in our booking, offering advice on how to reach the ranch and offered to drop us back off at the airport on our day of departure. She even managed to translate directions over the phone to the taxi driver so we didn't spend the final night sleeping in the desert!

Once at the ranch Christina was warm and welcoming, as we're our guides Theo & Andres (who were also incredibly knowledgeable on the history and geology of the desert, which I found fascinating).

The accommodation was lovely, clean and comfortable, and Christina even offered and brought me an extra pillow.

The kitchen was self-service, spotlessly clean and had everything required to cook (except an oven! So don't buy a frozen pizza like we did).

The riding experience itself was wonderful. I didn't stop smiling for the entire trip, and naturally I fell in love with my horse, Mica. Despite having a slight wobble at having to cross over some running water, she was a dream to ride. Very polite, calm natured and loving; and the water drama added to the fun!

I can't recommend this holiday enough! If you're thinking of going I implore you to do so. You won't regret it.

It was I expected and more, everyone made me feel very welcome and couldn’t do enough for me, if I needed anything nothing was to much trouble, would recommend this to everyone, even beginner riders, and if you don’t want to ride you can go in a jeep and do the safari, all staff are very knowledgeable about the desert and the films filmed there, fantastic five star experience.
