Santa Cristina Castle

We had the most amazing time! We stayed in the appartment Siena, ate breakfast in the castle and for dinner a four course meal in the restaurant. We went on 4 hacks and the horses were just lovely. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful!

The entire staff at Castello di Santa Christina were friendly, accommodating and happy. it was one of the best vacations I have had. The horses are well trained and well matched to the ability of the rider, too they are people friendly and SMART!!!

I had the most wonderful 5 days at Santa Cristina castle. Antonello and Cristina are such most gracious hosts and make everyone who stays here feel like family. The castle itself is beautiful in the Italian countryside, an easy drive from Rome, having a car is also great to explore neighbouring towns however I didn't feel the need to travel elsewhere, instead choosing to relax by the pool and walk in the beautiful castle grounds. The horses are all very lovely, well trained and well cared for, riding in the countryside here is really fun even in the summer heat. If you are an experienced rider, they really let you canter and gallop which is so fun. The food, especially dinner, is absolutely excellent. This is such a special escape in the Italian countryside and I would highly recommend this experience, if I were to return with friends I would stay at perhaps one of the cottages.

My son Anthony said he would love to spend next summer at Santa Cristina. We loved everything : the location , the apartment, the food , the instructors and the horses, even all the guests. The owners Antonella and Cristina, generous , kind and welcoming people, made us feel at home. Thank you very much for the best vacation ever!

The instructors and workers at the Castle were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and strongly recommended it.

Everything and everyone From A-Z was amazing! But for me the thing that set this vacation spot apart from all others was the warm inviting atmosphere that the hosts and the staff provided to their guests. The multitude of things offered and the delivery of all was extraordinary. Even the guests that the castle attracts were amazing! When you attract people like that from around the world, that says a lot about a place. The proof to me was when I saw repeat guests welcomed and to see equal happiness by both staff and return guests to see each other again was truly amazing. The castle is truly a happy place, and I could not recommend it more to everyone!!!!

The horses and instructors were amazing. Riding experience was great! Thank you girls so much!

I went with my daughter and we had a wonderful time! Horses were super - well cared for and trained. Instructors were fabulous. They taught my daughter a lot in her lessons. The place is also beautiful. Finally, they were very kind to take me to the store and restaurants as needed as I didn’t have a car and nothing is walkable. Thank you so much!

Everything was perfectly organised and everybody was very nice and welcoming. Whenever I needed something I could just text Francesca and she would help with dinner reservations , scheduling activities etc

The rides were also perfect , the horses were well fed and healthy and Zuska and Kate were doing a really good job to make everybody feel comfortable with their horse.

Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely visit again :)

We had a magnificent time riding through the Italian countryside, excursions to the most beautiful towns and the freshest food!

Het is een prachtige plek en een heel fijn verblijf daar. Heerlijk eten en een hele fijne sfeer, je voelt je echt welkom. Mooie omgeving om paard te rijden en leuke dorpjes in de buurt om te bezoeken.
