Palac i Folwark Galiny

The food was incredible, portions large and in a really cosy building that we loved staying in. The accommodation was comfortable, spacious and clean. We loved the riding, there was a good mix of flat, jumping lessons and hacks, all with great instructors and lovely forward horses. We met several people who had returned several times to ride here, it's a gem and I would highly recommend it.

I absolutely loved my time at Galiny and gained a lot from just one week there. I booked private lessons, in addition to the group lessons in this package, and benefited greatly from the one-on-one attention/instruction. The instructors are all qualified and pushed me in good ways to improve my riding and confidence. I also really liked the group lessons throughout the week, and loved that they were bilingual to help me dust off my Polish (I grew up in diaspora so I am limited in speaking Polish but never felt behind or left out of any lessons). I always left my lessons feeling happy and like I learned/was challenged. The lesson horses were all well matched to my riding level and ability, and I was allowed to tack up my horse before each lesson which I prefer to do. I ended my stay with a trail ride that was a lot of fun. The countryside around the riding school is gorgeous. The meals and accommodation were perfect for me. This place is a gem, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to improve as a rider, learn, and experience the Polish countryside.

Everything from the scenery, horses, lessons, food.. was amazing!

I had a different horse for each lesson and all of them were great, and are clearly very well cared for. Patricia is a great instructor and I feel that I have improved a lot in the 5 lessons.

My only regret is not staying there longer. I look forward to coming back!

The horses are very well trained and in good condition. The lessons were insightful and suited to our individual abilities. We loved the palace garden and the surrounding nature. The kitchen staff made sure to offer vegan food and was very attentive.

Stunning location, fantastic food- lots to choose from at breakfast and very tasty dinner( we tried both buffet and menu and it was equally good). Staff friendly at the restaurant and attentive. Beautiful area, we really enjoyed walks in the free time. there were ponds, tennis court, animal farm for little ones. Dog friendly.

The equestrian facilities

The estate’s serene environment and historical charm made for a dreamlike stay. The homemade Polish cuisine was delightful, and the staff were respectful and welcoming. The riding instructors, particularly Patrycja, were professional and passionate. Trail rides through forests and fields added an adventurous touch to the experience.

Our experience at Galiny Palace was truly exceptional. The palace itself is stunning, surrounded by meticulously maintained grounds filled with lush greenery and charming spots to unwind. The rooms were well-appointed, blending comfort with authentic style. The food was outstanding, with hearty, flavorful breakfasts and even more impressive dinners. The equestrian activities were superbly organized, and the stables were immaculate, housing well-trained horses. This stay far surpassed our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. A sincere thank you for such a wonderful experience.

booking online you never know what you are going to get. we felt so lucky to find this jewel of a place. from the majestic property to the lovely and warm people. food that was delicious and fresh and the riding was wonderful full of learning and experiences beyond what we could have imagined.

our skills were improved and our abilities challenged - we found both the jumping program and the flatwork to be insightful and educational. the facility was lovely and so well kept. the hands on experience was what we had hoped for and well i just cant say enough.

This was a terrific place to spend a week working on my horse riding skills. I stayed in the Grange, which had a really nice rustic farmhouse feel to it. And the instruction I received was top-notch. Even though my instructors were young, they did not lack expertise. They were very hands-on and did their utmost to improve my technique. Furthermore, the food was much better than I expected. My package included breakfast and dinner and was more than enough food for my needs. While breakfast was good, dinner was simply excellent. I had a different entree every night, and they were all very good. The value and the quality of the facilities have me thinking about when I can return for some more instruction.

This is our second time here, and it is still a great place. This place is just wonderful. Love the atmosphere, horses, food and the instructors we had was directly in a positive way:) we lean a lot when we are riding here. And will probably be back for again.

As a parent, I would have liked to have had a bit more feedback on my daughter's riding skills. Other than that, I could not fault the instructors, they were patient and professional and very hepful.

The place is in a great location,u are surrounded with birds,animals and their concert all the time. Green and vivid colors everywhere u look around.I have a special mention to Mr Thomasz at the reception. He made our stay extra special. Passionate about all that he does and he does it with so much energy,kudos to him.So helpful in booking a taxi, recommending places etc.

Restaurant guys are very friendly too.So sweet all the time and helpful.Riding experience was nice too. However, it would have been nicer if we could have had a little bit more interaction with the instructors after the riding about the corrections and planning etc.That would help us to know our riding and where we stand, riding wise. Horses are magical,here it was so cool to see some of the best horses.So well trained and such calm temperament.Fell in love with each and every one of them that I rode.Also very happy to see some vegan and vegetarian options for food.Their chocolate molten cake is a must try.Their breakfast spread is awesome too,toaster would be a nice addition(some of us like their bread to be toasted).Rooms are large, have some cool views from the windows.To sum it up, I loved my stay,breathed fresh air,my eyes saw the yellowest fields and my heart was happy with the sound of neighing, birds chirping and happy dogs running all around the place.Thank you for making it so special

What a wonderful week we had at Palac I Folwark. We were very excited as we had traveled from Oslo all the way to Galiny, but it was absolutely worth it. My 14-year-old daughter and I have both been riding for several years, but we have never previously been to a ridingcamp abroad. We had two ridinglessons every day, with a delicious lunch in between. During the ridinglessons, we could choose what we wanted to focus on, whether it was show jumping or trail riding. The area around the stables was absolutely beautiful. In many ways it felt like we traveled back in time considering how old and beautiful this place is. The stable with the horses was absolutely fantastic, the horses were of super quality, they were so easy to control with our bodyweight and happy to jump over obstacles. The food was absolutely lovely, everything was fresh and there was a good variety in what we could choose for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were here for five days, but next time we will be here even longer. Our instructor was great at explaining and showing us how to become a better rider. She was also incredibly good at giving lots of feedback during the lesson so that we always knew what we needed to change to become a better rider. Everyone we spoke to who was here at the same time as us was very pleased!

Had a great time. The grounds are incredible. The indoor arena is amazing. I thought the lessons were fantastic.

The location of Palac I Folwark Galiny is just stunning. I stayed in the Grange and had a loft-style room which was clean, comfortable and very cozy. The food was also very good with plenty of choice, but what stands out are the equestrian facilities. The stables and arenas are immaculate, the horses are just beautiful and so well trained, and the rides were excellent. I did a mix of lessons and outdoor hacks. I learned more in the 4 lessons there than I have in years at home. The hacks cantering through the stunning countryside were the highlights of my trip. I cannot recommend this place more for anyone looking for a riding holiday.

Upon arrival we were impressed with the hotel and facilities that this place had. Our expectations were exceeded. Horses were great, as were the training sessions. The location is incredible, huge land for outdoor riding, cross-country course, as well as multiple indoor facilities. Good selection of meals during breakfast and dinner.

Would love to stay here again.

The location were insane, the horses were beautiful and the people were friendly. Super stay.

1. Beautiful garden, nice and quiet, extremely well kept, impressive

2. Staff, I did not see many employees, but the property is well organized and I saw the staff are hard working and efficient.

3. Instructors and Stables, high quality instruction, get to the point right away and told how to fix on the spot, the horses are well trained and the stables is nice an clean. I heard there are more than 80 horses there must be a lot of work to do. I wonder how they keep stables running so well with just few staff, there must be great system and team work.

4. Food, the breakfast was wonderful, healthy, smell good, looks pretty, good selection, enhance my appetite.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Even though I felt a bit nervous taking a break by myself, everything around me was so comfortable and encouraging. Perfect! I had the upmost help , advise at every opportunity!

I would love to come back with my family for another vacation. I know they will love it also!

I had no idea the location and the accommodation was that perfect! I went for an intensive riding holiday of 10hrs of riding in total in 4 days. 7 hours of jumping (xc & show jumping). I was travelling alone and it was great!!

Horses are fantastic and Ewa the fantastic jumping instructor is a true professional with a big heart, great mindset and attitude and is able to help the rider to get better. She sees riders as individuals which I value a lot.

Food in the hotel restaurant was very good and staff was perfect!

The staff were really helpful and suggest places to visit locally and walking and cycling routes.The horses were really lovely as were the many arenas and the tracks for hacking. I would probably have stayed on a bit longer to visit the local areas as it's such a lovely area of the country.
