But Susil is much more than a manager — he is a natural teacher, a mentor, and a deeply kind human being.
Sadikshya Maharjan
Sadikshya is one of the few female riding instructors in Nepal, and we're proud to have her as part of the Tabela Nepal family. Passionate, kind, and incredibly dedicated, she brings a beautiful blend of energy and empathy to everything she does—especially when working with children and horses. The most special fact about Sadikshya is, that she Nepal´s first professionally trained Mounted Archery Instructor!
