Thank you. Dear Carmine! I just wanted to thank you again for that wonderful week. Finally I could be free and happy for a while and do what I love – be with horses and enjoy the nature and not having to fulfil any expectations. I really appreciate the job you’re doing with your horses, they all look great and healthy and live a wonderful life! You’re a real Horseman. There’s nothing I would like to do more now than coming back to your place right away. I already miss the nature, the freedom, the dogs, the food and the horses! (Kisses to Lares Emoji) A huge thank you again, you can’t imagine how much this trip meant to me! I hope to come back some day, but first I have to find a job (hopefully with horses) and earn some money. Greetings to Antonio, Buck and the Horses. I wish you all the best! Theresa.
PS: Can you send me a recipe for the vegetarian cheese-mushroom thing you made? It was so good!
