Program

Day 1

Transfer from the airport to Casale Fusco in Spoleto. This afternoon, enjoy a welcome drink and a short presentation on your experience. At 3 p.m., you will start the familiarization with horses. Horse riders play a vital role in the well-being of a horse by using patience and empathy to recognize a horse's needs while establishing a connection through riding. Horse rider duties include:

  • Helping horses adapt to wearing riding equipment, like saddles and bridles
  • Assisting in horse grooming procedures
  • Analyzing horse behaviors and recognizing behavioral problems like kicking or biting
  • Training to prevent behavioral problems
  • Rewarding horses when they follow commands
  • Preparing horses to ride on several types of terrain, like dirt, gravel or mud.
  • Dinner at the traditional homemade food restaurant, selected wine and water are included. Overnight.

Day 2

After breakfast at 9:30 a.m., meet in the Casale Fusco lobby. Visit Spoleto, a bronze-age town located on the slope of a sacred mountain in the Apennines. Just one of their numerous ancient Roman and medieval sacred sites is the Duomo, which is home to Filippo Lippi’s last fresco cycle.

Spoleto is a beautiful town in the heart of Umbria. From the castle, you have a wonderful view over the green mountains just around this magnificent town. The roman aqueduct is famous as well the special events that are organized every year in Spoleto. The small little streets are so typical for the “original” Italy are the perfect place for romantic photos.

Spoleto will leave you breathless! Spoleto is the most beautiful discovery in Italy, there is such a wealth of beauty almost unknown, mountains, valleys, forests of oaks, monasteries! Spoleto is a very attractive wedding destination in Umbria all year round, a peaceful hill-town, fine Italian food, wine, etc. Light lunch in pizzeria takeaway in the town.

At 3 p.m., you will start off with horse riding. The equestrian culture in this region is well developed especially for the largely rural nature of the Umbrian territories, which saw in the recent past horse always present in the daily lives of many people. Considered one of the noblest animals, the horse is the perfect combination of pet and farm animals and is often used for sports (equestrian) and for leisure activities (walks).

Moreover, the Umbria, for its strong link with tradition and folklore, often stage events, exhibitions, and events related to commemorations of historical events, where the horse is almost always the protagonist. There are wide avenues that are perfect for cantering for those who want to and trotting for those who don’t and splendid views of mountains, valleys, and hill villages in all directions. Set upon a plateau overlooking the mountains and valleys around Spoleto, the scenery is stunning, with varied landscapes ranging from craggy rocks and peaks to soft rolling hills and cool and quiet woodland, home to porcupines, woodpeckers, and wild boar.

Dinner at the traditional homemade food restaurant, selected wine and water are included. Overnight.

Day 3

Breakfast at 9:00 a.m., then meet in the Casale Fusco lobby. At 10:30 a.m., panoramic horseback and the marriage. Country church, the farmhouse, one horse your friends... If you feel you have a free soul and you have a passion for everything that does country, panoramic horseback ride all the guests to the ancient church perched on the hill of Uncinano which height is 400 meters above sea level. Going up to the church, from the bird’s eye you see the town Spoleto, with its colorful houses on the mountainsides. Particularly attractive this walk in the morning, when the mountains turn pink.

To make the dream of your life come true, Casale Fusco offers you its evocative and exclusive environments, so that you can live like the protagonists of a beautiful fairy tale, inviting your relatives and friends to share with you the most exciting and unforgettable moments of yours wedding.

The Casale Fusco team will help you in the study of the event, suggesting original solutions and tailor-made services, which will decide the success of your party. With spectacular decorations, they will amaze your guests and will be able to create the magical atmosphere that every couple wants for their wedding.

On the grounds of the estate there is a vast olive grove, and a vineyard thanks to which the company produces an excellent organic olive oil of the highest quality and excellent wine that will be served during the banquet. Here is what they propose to organize a unique and unforgettable wedding. The ceremony in a small church scattered in the countryside is ideal for giving your guests a unique atmosphere. The location Casale Fusco is perfectly suited to the circumstance.

At 1:30 p.m., the banquet based on homemade pasta and grilled meat until the night. The Casale Fusco team will grill the meat with their equipment. Their experience in the meat sector allows them to offer you the highest quality.

Mixed grilled meat, a platter of mixed grilled meats including fresh and cured cuts of beef, veal, pork, lamb and chicken, and other poultry. Italians love to grill just like other folks, but the Italian approach to grilling is a bit different than what you may be used to. Traditional Italian grilling doesn’t go in for strongly flavored rubs or sauces. Marinades, if any, are used to enhance, never to overwhelm, the main ingredient. The red meats are typically rubbed with a dry marinade of garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. If you have a truly fine piece of beef, on the other hand, it will need nothing more than the best quality salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Chicken and other poultry are delicious with the wet marinade used for making with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and a sprinkling of red pepper flakes.

With all the meats grilled to golden perfection and laid out decoratively on a platter, our mixed grilled meat will make a spectacular presentation, turning your cookout into a real feast, fit for any special occasion.

Entertainment: with a saloon pianist and a country singer. Overnight.
