Centre Équestre le Marina will lead you for a week of discovery of the different parts of Aquitain; from fortified castles, jewels of Perigord: Bonaguil, Biron, Gavaudun, to the heart of Gironde, through the vineyard of Sauternes, finishing on the Atlantic Coast to the Landes Forest! You are invited on this journey back in time, roaming on the back of brave steeds. Through deeper and deeper, yet thick, harmonious, and mellow valleys, go forward through this magnificent forest that served as a refuge for serfs and a maze of ancient paths!
The Hameau du Peyrié is a very luxurious manor house with a private pool.
Centre Équestre le Marina offers occupancy for single, double, double twin, and shared bedrooms with three to four beds. There will be no single supplement for people traveling alone when they want to share a bedroom if there are no riders who will be sharing with them.
In 1152, the marriage of Eleanor and Henry of Plantagenet leads the Aquitaine region into a long conflict, the 100-year war. Numerous walled towns and castles were built during this period in order to respond to the different strategic, political, and economic requirements.
