Hikmet’s House
The mansion, consisting of two parts which are located in the north and east edges of a rectangular courtyard, was built of local hewn stone. The edifice on the east side is a single-story storey, whereas the other is double-story. According to the inscription, where ‘Masallah’ is written, the mansion was built in 1859. Contrary to the houses in the neighborhood, there is a historical well that reflects the ancient times well in the midst of the courtyard.
There are double bed and twin bed options. Single rooms are available with supplement.

Location
Cappadocia
Cappadocia—a land shaped by time, wind, and volcanic forces—is one of the world’s most extraordinary landscapes. Famous for its whimsical rock towers known as “fairy chimneys,” colorful valleys, and the iconic hot air balloons drifting over the horizon at sunrise, this enchanting region has captivated travelers for centuries. Officially recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1985, Cappadocia is not just a destination; it’s a dream carved in stone.
While there are countless ways to explore this mystical land, Horseback Riding Turkey believes that the most authentic and soul-stirring way to experience Cappadocia is on horseback.
Öz Konak Underground City
Although its exact date is not known, it is thought that the Özkonak Underground City was built in the 400s BC. In terms of location, the tufa structure of the region, which is quite suitable for carving and shaping, allowed people to settle here and easily shelter in ancient times.
Mustafapaşa
Mustafapaşa, formerly known as Sinasos (Greek: Σινασός), is a town (belde) in the Ürgüp District of Nevşehir Province, Turkey. Its population is 1,295 (2022). Its status as a town had been downgraded to village with 2013 reorganization up until the court order in 2024. It lies to the west of Gomeda valley and is 5 kilometers (3.1 mi) away from Ürgüp and 27 kilometers (17 mi) away from Nevşehir town.
There are two main explanations of the origin of its name. One is being named after Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the military leader and first president of Turkey. And other being named after a local hero called Mustafa Pasha, who got a well drilled to the village to solve its fresh water problem.
Like most of Cappadocia, Mustafapaşa used to depend for a living on agriculture., especially grape-growing. However, it lies within the region of Cappadocia, and increasingly depends on tourism for its living with new hotels opening all the time.
