Program
A Journey to Self
So, how will you most positively and powerfully interpret the circumstances of this moment? How to best enjoy your precious life? Let Mia Isacsson guide you on a journey to self.
Welcome to a conscious awakening retreat in Malaga. It is great for a single person, a couple, two friends or a parent and child. If you come alone, this will be a private retreat just for you.
Mia Isacsson's team will guide you to a flow of experiences to unravel the higher version of yourself: Yin, slow flow, Hatha, Ying, mindful meditation, Pilates, body flow, breathing techniques, sound bath, horse riding, art therapy, coaching, four elements, conscious awakening, and Tantric numerology.
If you choose a non-riding package, you will be offered other activities instead. All tuition will be tailor-made to suit each individual rider's level and preferences, starting with the basics. This is what it could look like:

Check out day

- 12.00 Check out
Mia Isacsson will also help you find your path based on your energy level. No experience is required, just meet them as you are.
Six hours of horseback riding are included. The riding centre, a 5-minute walk away, is very jump-oriented. Here you will find a great show jumping arena that is always full of obstacles. The foundation of jumping is learning to ride in balance. You will have time to get to know your horse by warming up your horse independently. The instructor will give you basic instructions and then leave you to feel your body and find balance at your own pace.
This allows you to create good communication with the horse and become in tune so that you can start jumping at the appropriate level. Adolfo or Adolfito will be your riding teacher. There are other stables 20 to 40 minutes drive away that offers trekking / hikes and dressage. In the dressage stable the lessons gets more into details and you will ride different riding figures such as diagonals, circles, serpentines and lines. This will improve your communication, balance and coordination.
All stables have horses of all sizes and for riders of all levels. Normally on Sunday mornings you could go for a beach ride but availability need to be checked in advance.
It will be possible to fill your days with activities. However, Mia Isacsson would like to encourage you not to get too busy, but instead take some time to be on your own and reflect. This will be a journey to Spain, but even more so, a journey towards yourself, a journey within.
Peter Hess® sound massage
To make you even more relaxed, a Peter Hess® sound massage is included. The session typically starts with the client lying down comfortably on a yoga mat, mattress, bed, or massage table, fully clothed. Each session will be tailor-made to suit the needs of the client.
Tibetan singing bowls are placed on or around the body, often on specific energy centers or chakras, and played with a mallet. The resonant sounds and vibrations emitted by the singing bowls are thought to gently balance and harmonise the body’s energy, facilitating relaxation and a sense of inner calm.
The vibrations and frequencies produced are said to penetrate deeply into the body, helping to release tension, reduce stress, and induce a meditative state.
Voice and Sound Journey
This will be useful if you would like to explore and express yourself through the use of your voice. The voice is the first instrument, coming from the depths of human existence.
The goals of this practice are to more consciously hear and know yourself, feel free to express yourself, make yourself heard, free yourself from limiting conditioning, develop a greater understanding of your creative expression, and create a greater trust in yourself. You can also be introduced to "light code / language."
Moon Ceremony
A celebration to the moon, this can be done in many ways. In summer, just lying down and looking at the sky is an amazing experience. In colder seasons, a yoga moon salutation might be a better choice. Crystals will be used, and there will be different themes according to the lunar phases and what astrological sign the moon is in.
Yoga
Yoga and other exercises can wake up your physical body, create a nice feeling in your emotional body, balance your mind, set clear intentions, and tune in to your spiritual body. Yin, slow flow, core, Qigong, pilates.
Riding Gear
It is recommended that if you are going to ride, you provide your own riding helmet and that you wear riding pants and boots or chaps. There are some helmets that you can use in the stable, but they are not of very high quality. Gloves are also needed while working on the ground. All guests should have a reasonable standard of fitness from the view of safety.
You will ride in dressage, all-around, or jumping saddles, depending on what you will practice. The bridles are double bridles or single bridles.
Weather
It rarely rains there in Costa del Sol, but during the winter, there can be heavy rains that make riding risky. If this should happen, you will be offered other activities instead: an excursion, core and yoga classes, sound bath, sound massage, voice and sound journey, coaching, astrology, chakra balancing, crystal and moon ceremonies, and tarot card readings. The same applies if you find it too hot to ride in the summer.
The schedule will be adjusted according to your skills and wishes, the day you arrive, the season, and the weather.
Included excursions
One excursion is included. More can be added. There are a lot of options, depending on the season and day of arrival: trail ride in the mountains, four-element meditation on the beach, Buddhist temple, Horse and Carriage, donkey dreamland, zipline, flamenco show, a marketplace, a typical Spanish small white village, Malaga center, a beach ride, a hike in the mountains, Spanish Feria, shopping center, the botanical garden in Torremolinos, Agua Park, or just a trip to the beach to relax, etc. Additional costs that the excursion may entail are not included.
