The ride was very well constructed in that each day was very different from that of the days prior…some very exhilarating situations which could only have been achieved on the back of the extremely surefooted mountain horses………The staff did everything they could to make our trip as comfortable and enjoyable as possible…A tremendous experience

It was great to learn in such a beautiful environment from people who have passion to teach you right. I liked how much you learn in a week, you will have to put effort in and it's a sport so you should expect sore muscles but Sofia (instructor) always made sure it was a good balance between learning a lot and having fun. The horses are very nice & the people lovely and for me it was the connections build that made my experience truely amazing & unforgettable.

Where to begin! From the start, this experience was amazing. Kristina, Aurel and Ilir are professional, experienced and amazing hosts. The accommodations are top notch, the vibes are immaculate, the food is WOW. You really get the best of everything Europe on this trail. Cobbled villages, epic mountainsides, beautiful meadows, the bluest coast you’ll ever see, a little jungle adventure right out of The Mummy. Everything! The horses are beautiful, healthy and strong. Well behaved (as can be expected) and responsive. The locals you meet along the way really up the value of this tour beyond mere money. I would do this again and again just because of the people. Gjirokaster is a gorgeous start and end base- the town is quaint and the bars are friendly. Plan to spend an extra day if you can. I really cannot express enough how gorgeous this trail was. Especially in the spring.
