Program
Daily itinerary
Day 1
You will meet at the yard to get acquainted with the horses, so make sure to come dressed for riding! The first ride is a lesson so your hosts can see how you ride and what horses you might enjoy. Following this, there will be a short meeting to discuss safety on the trail and the itinerary for the week, as well as a chance to meet the yard team and guides.
Day 2
Today you will have a one hour lesson and start building up your skills and confidence.
Day 3
Today you will have a one hour lesson.
Day 4
Today you can enjoy another one hour lesson and work on skills built so far.
Day 5
Small trail hack of one hour around the water reservoir of Molyvos, you will enjoy the beautiful scenery of the area.
Day 6
Two-hour trail ride to the back roads of Molyvos. If the weather permits, you will go to the beach.
Day 7
Today you will have a free day and your last chance to explore the town of Molyvos. As Molyvos is a touristic destination there are many activities on offer that your hosts will happily help you plan - perhaps a boat trip, mountain trail, lazy day on the beach or simply exploring the village on foot.
Day 8
After breakfast, it's time to say farewell and head home.
About the riding
The terrain is rocky while the horses are sturdy and know how to guide you through your diverse nature. ipposmolyvos has it all beach gallops, swimming with horses, long stretches of gallops, mountain climbs, rough terrain, magnificent views, and enthusiastic horse people.

Rita Mihalaki
Rita Mihalaki is a passionate equestrian and qualified as a FEI coach. She has been riding all her life, started as a little girl, and for many years, she was an athlete competing in show jumping. After many years of riding and getting qualifications in Greece and the UK, she decided to go back to her roots and open a yard in her hometown, the beautiful village of Molyvos. She enjoys the lifestyle of the laidback culture of a Greek island. She gets to enjoy her work and bring this amazing experience to her local students as well as show her guests around the amazing nature on horseback.

The yard of ipposmolyvos is located right across the water reservoir of Molyvos making the view breathtaking. It is three kilometers outside the beautiful village of Molyvos.
